| Super location. This hotels is great for leisure or business. Equipped with indor pool, business center, sauna and jacuzzi. Just the best hotel in north Chicago.

| The hotel location, the hotel itself and the landscape were all very beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Both my friend and I were extremely pleased with the hotel. Thanks!

| I really like the suites in this 3 star hotel. The rooms are nice for working and comfortable (with large LCD TVs in the den part). I also enjoyed their restaurant, Porter's. However, the service is hit or miss here and the maids often forget to leave basic items such as regular coffee (sometimes they leave just decaf) and other minor things overlooked. Overall, a decent place.

| The lobby & main floor area was very nice. The rooms need some serious updating. The wood cabinets are chipped & the couch had a couple of holes in the fabric. The lighting in the bathroom is aweful. The coffee maker did not work properly & the microwave did not work at all. I did contact the front desk & they took care of it immediately. The bed was comfortable & the shower was good. It was very quite in the room. The hotel personal were very professional & attentive.

| We got to the room to find the back of the toilet unclean. The service was good - they were prompt when we informed them of the mess. The rooms offer significant space, however they are not the cleanest - the carpet is old. The bed was extremely comfortable - best aspect of the room. May have been the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. Overall, I would recommend it.

| This was a great hotel! Having two rooms and two televisions eliminated so much argueing among our kids. The beds were turned down every evening and there was a newspaper by the door every morning. We were very impressed!

| It is a business hotel, so don't pack the kids and expect them to be happy. Yes there may be video games attached to the TV in the living room, but unless you are happy with your kids spending their vacation in front of the TV, this is not the place. I have actually stayed in three different rooms on different stays. The rooms are clean, but each is in a different state of care. The showers have an aged feel, but I have not seen any chips, stains, or dirt, just and older feel. The bistro has good food, but is not a friendly environment. The Bistro is attached to the bar. I would guess if you like to drink and smoke and just can not stand another lonely night in your room, the bistro is ok. Check in and check out is seamless.

| Beautiful place near a nature preserve. GREAT staff! Rooms were top notch-We have stayed in places at three times the cost that were not as comfortable and accomodating. Location far from downtown was troubling until we actually got there. Comfort level definitely made up for distance from downtown. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here!

| Had a great week end deal for this hotel. Many nice restaraunts in the area. Train to go to downtown nearby. Pool, sauna, and hot tub real nice!

| This hotel is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The trip from downtown Chicago usually is without much traffic slowdowns. The pool area including the whirlpool encourage the "get-away" atmosphere.
