| The room was actually two rooms (two tv's), a bedroom and setting room. The room was spacious and had lots of closet space. The fixtures were older but in good repair. Carpet were worn.

| Staff at the hotel is exceptional in every way, very customer focused. However the place is aging and in need of renovation. I had a suite and the furniture was past it's life, the bathroom was small and in need of renovation. Too bad, it is very well located adjacent to magnificent mile, trains etc.

| Front desk personnel was rude and not helpful. Thoughout our stay, it was apparent that customer service is not a priority at this hotel. Other than that, the room was kept clean and the hotel is in a good location. It is about a half block from Michigan Ave. Overall, I would say there are plenty of hotels in the vicinity of Michigan Ave. that must have better service (it wouldn't take much). I will not be returning to this hotel.

| The Radisson is an excellent value. Perfect location 1/2 block from Michigan Ave, good-sized (clean) rooms, and friendly service. We will definitely return to this hotel, when we next visit Chicago.

| The location of this hotel to Michigan Avenue, shopping, and dining is superb. Request a room with a view of the lake upon check-in. Walk out the front door and you're right in the middle of shopping. Parking garage right next to the hotel, with a pretty reasonable daily rate. This was the second time at this hotel in 3 years and it was just as wonderful as the first. The kids really enjoyed the view from the pool on the 40th floor. Hotel service was great, very accomodating.

| I would stay at this hotel again and again. Our room was a suite with seperate sitting room and bedroom with a great view of Downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

| The hotel was great for a business trip downtown--close to the Northwestern Hospital and very close to Michigan Avenue with a ton of shopping and restaurants, walkable to the lake. The room was very spacious but needed some airing out. The sheets and the room both smelled a little stale. The bathroom was very tiny and needed modernization, but the room was otherwise great. Good for a quick overnight trip or a day or two.

| For a hotel downtown, this hotel was very nice for the money. Also, I stayed on the 22nd floor and had a FABULOUS view of the Sears Tower. Overall, great service and amenities.

| Never had to ask for anything as housekeeping was on top of things. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Cannot beat this location. Can walk to many major attractions and shopping. I would definetly stay here again when I go back to Chicago.

| Located right by the Apple Store, this hotel has a great location in the heart of Michigan Ave. There is some construction noise from all the work going on in the area, but I'm assuming it's not as bad on the higher floors. Good place to stay overall.

| This was my first time in chicago. I enjoyed the stay and the hotel. I arrived early the front desk was great and helpful. I was little tired from the red eye flight. The front desk was very quick and efficient in giving my room. He took handled the parking situation from the deskI did not need to go back.... it was cold.... great job, service and staff. The checking out was as a great as the checking....

| I brought 4 kids with me for a Christmas time shopping experience and we werent disappointed. The front desk staff was very helpful in letting us know where all the great shopping was and all was within walking distance. Very easy to get to and will be back sometime in the summer to use that great pool on the 40th floor. Parking was 37.00 a bit pricy I thought. That was just for one night!

| The Radisson is a great place to stay for a weekend. The location is great, close to food and shopping. The price is right too! Only drawback, are the small bathrooms. For a girls weekend, bigger bathrooms would be great.

| This hotel is basically on the same block as the Apple store, Pottery Barn. It's the perfect hotel for shopping on Michigan Avenue with friends.

| The stay in the hotel was awesome ,the service from the front door man to the maids were perfect,coming and going was eay because we could either leave the car or take a cabto where we wanted. Definely will stay here again.

| We had a suite and it was very spacious compared to other suite hotels we've stayed in. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds in any hotel every stayed at. No wait on getting an elevator. Fantastic location. Restaurant in hotel had a very over-priced buffet breakfast. Had to tell housekeeping a couple times for extra items, other than that room was very very comfortable.

| The hotel is located just off Michigan Ave and is close to many of the downtown Chicago attractions. The rooms were not large and the noise from other rooms carried clearly into our room. The rooms where clean and nice.

| Stayed here for a girl's shopping weekend and the hotel location was perfect. Michigan Ave. stores and restaurants just blocks away. Hotel was well kept, staff helpful, and price was right. Plan on returning later this summer with the family to swim in the rooftop pool--great view of the city.

| The Raddisoon in Downtown Chicago is your average hotel. A bit noisy, not too overpriced. No min-bar at present. Room service was good, The reseraunt Elephant & Castle is attached physically but not financially to the hotel.

| For Chicago this hotel is excellent value in an ideal location just off Michigan Avenue. The staff were courteous, friendly and immediately responsive to requests. Well appointed, casual lobby. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Great view of both city and lake.

| The room was clean and well appointed, however the front desk staff was cold, slow and not knowledgable (the one exception was the one consierge). We waited 25 minutes to check out behind 3 customers being waited on by 2 separate staff members, while the line grew longer and longer. Finally, another person came to the desk to wait on customers. Also, we were not offered express check out.

| The hotel is in a great location and I had a great view from my room. The room was very comfortable and clean. The major drawback was the staff. They were not helpful at all. When I pulled up to the hotel I and was unloading my bags from my vehicle, the door man stood inside the hotel. After a couple of minutes he came outside and stood there and watched me, but didn't even bother to open the door as I stuggled with my bags. The front desk help(?) were not much better. Other than the staff, it was a nice place to stay.

| Room was comfortable, clean and ample in size. Staff were pleasant and helpful. About the only negative thing I could say was that it doesn't have a good restaurant, but there are at least a dozen within a couple of blocks.
