| The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there for just one night on business, but I wished I could have stayed longer. My only dissappointment was that the gym they offer is not on the premesis, and in the 9 degree weather that day, I decided to skip the workout. I will definitely stay there again! It's a beautiful space!

| Should our High School Senior decide on Gonzaga for next year, I know this is the hotel we will stay in during all our visits to the area! Very friendly staff - The bellmen (who also serve as the drivers of the courtesy vans) were all great - very knowledgeable about the area - recommended some great restaurants & places to see. The people behind the front desk were also very helpful.

| I suppose that for Spokane it is a High end hotel, but I have stayed at better hotels that had better appointed interiors and much better customer service for a lot less. I stayed in one of their penthouse suites. The air conditioning was inoperable and the room never went below 80 degrees in the middle of summer. The Mini-bar was also on the fritz. We tried to bring it to their attention but they never followed up. After checking out I was assured a follow up from management. It never came. I called them a second time and third time before they finally decided to offer me an upgrade if I ever found myself in Spokane again. NO THANKS! I stayed in a better room in Vegas over Labor Day weekend for a third the price! This is a medium range hotel at best trying to be a Big City Boutique Hotel.

| This is a rather small "boutique" hotel located in downtown Spokane. The rooms are fairly large and well kept. The staff is accommodating and there is a decent restaurant attached to the hotel.

| The hotel attendants are very young and eager, but they lack world class service experience.

| Hotel Lusso is a quality place to stay. Though the rooms are small, they are very clean and have large bathrooms. Nice for a romantic get away in Spokane.

| The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the hotel staff are simply marvelous. If you like upscale, but the Davenport is too overwhelming, stay here. You'll love it.

| We love this hotel. It has the feel of a small European hotel, yet with all the ammenities and extras. The evening wine tasting by the fireplace is nice, the full complimentary breakfast is great and we love the warm cookies delivered to your room each evening. Great restaurants and Riverside Park is a short walk.

| This hotel was a touch of heaven in the middle of Spokane, WA. The staff were some of the friendliest I have experienced and the room made my business trip seem much more like I was on travel for playtime. The location is also great with restaurants and shops nearby. If I am ever in Spokane again, I will definitely stay here.
