| I stayed at the Isle of Capri on business and the room was a suite with plenty of room to be productive and work. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. The room service was good. My only complaint is the Starbucks coffee drinks were not quite up to Starbucks standards. I will definetly stay here when I travel again.

| My husband and I just returned from a trip to Bossier City. We were very impressed with our room except for the A/C. We had to go buy a fan in order to be able to sleep. The part where the vent was at was fine but where the bed was and the bathroom was not cool enough. They could shampoo the carpet though. We had to wear shoes or wash our feet before putting on our shoes. The Buffet was good. I think they need to have more Blackjack tables with the $5.00 limit open. My husband and I wanted to play the $5.00 tables and most of the time they only had one or two open.

| The hotel's decor, pool, etc., makes you think you are on the Islands. (and makes me want to go back to Jamaica) Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Casino is small and smoky, but you can overlook that if you are there just for fun. Employees in the eating areas were "hit and miss" with service and friendliness. I WILL go back to this hotel.

| I have previously stayed at this hotel without problem. This visit was not a pleasant one at all. I was located on the 10th floor and the pipes around my room made noises all night long. I had little sleep and the only response from the hotel was "we will tell maintenance."

| For the price, the room and staff could have been better. The best thing about the room is the bathroom. Their bathrooms are set up really nice and are very relaxing.

| The hotel was very nice. The bathroom was the best. Huge Roman tub, and lots of lights for the women. Very clean. We would definitely stay there again.
