| This hotel is 5 minutes from the bridge to Sanibel and the cost is much more reasonable than staying on the island. Grocery store is one block down the road.

| the room was dirty. the mattress is old and being propped up with a piece of plywood between the mattress and the box spring. We are pretty sure we saw bed bugs too. The layout of the room was poor. The refrigerator was in the bathroom. The location was really good, which is why they are getting so many guests. The restaurant was low quality, and the staff was not helpful about telling us about other restaurants. We had to visit the chamber of commerce to get this info.

| The hotel was very nice, well kept, great pool, etc. Rent a car though as it's a couple miles from the nearest interesting thing to do...not that Fort Myers has a lot of interesting things to do anyway.

| If you are looking for unruley kids in the pool with loud parents and so called adults bumping and grinding in the hot tube, this is the place for you!

| We really enjoyed our stay. It waw a beautiful hotel with a great pool and gret food at the restaurant. We will be back next year!

| Our room had a very strong musty smell that was very annoying. Nice pool. Easy check in and out. Very pleasant staff.

| Well maintained hotel.Housekeeping did a great job! My only complaint with the room was that there was a very strong odor upon first entering which my husband said was mildew.This odor dissapated once the air conditioning was on.

| We had a very enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for access to the beaches. The pool was very large and well maintained. The staff was always pleasant and helpfull, the only problem was we don't speak spanish and the housekeeping staff didn't speak english.

| The hotel was located perfect for enjoying both Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. The pool was great as well. The only complaints we had was a musty smell in our room and slow pool side service.

| My husband and I are very satisfied with this hotel. Good location to beaches and shopping. The pool is great and the sauna too. We would certainly go back again.

| Make sure you get a pool side room and go to the ocean beach that is just down the road, at the end of John Morris.

| We had such a relaxing mini vacation, that we plan on doing this on a annual basis. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was very clean as well as the rooms.

| This was, by far, NOT a 3 star hotel! The room was visibly clean, but definitely not sparkling. Amenities were shoddy. (They had a paper towel on which was printed "courtesy cloth, for use on your shoes, vehicle, or anything else." It was a paper towel!) The location was rather ideal for us, but you definitely must rent a car to get anywhere! Pros: The pool and accompanying poolside service was enough to bump this up to a 2 1/2 star hotel. The restaurant's menu was very limited, service slow, but the food was pretty good. Cons: TV had only 7 free stations, unruly air conditioning, front desk personnel were less than helpful.

| The hotel is nice and, for the price, it is a great value. I have stayed here three times and my one concern is that each room has had a very musty, dank smell. It seems like mildew, but could be an air freshener gone bad.
