Very nice hotel. Breakfasr buffet and apres ski really saved money and cut down on the need to cook, buy groceries or find a place to eat for every meal. Great staff and their service was terrific. I would definitely stay there again.

Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre was a very good experience for us. The hotel was very clean and upbeat, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was really great that they took our skies to the Pan Pacific Mountainside for storage during our ski trip at no extra cost. They have a private locker room there and locker for you skies. This works out real well, so your not tripping over your skies during your stay and you don't have to carry them to the ski lift. The view from our 5th floor room was awsome. The hot tube and the heated lap pool was just the thing for tired, aching muscles after a day on the slopes. The staff is young, but they know what they're doing and was very helpful with info on places to eat and shop. Just a wonderful experience for first timers at Whistler (from Ohio)

This new hotel got it right!! Everything from the decor, to the location, to the service exceeded our expectations! Everyone on staff there that we met were amazing - friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist. We loved the decor and the complimentary breakfast too. We honestly can't wait to go back and will stay there without a doubt!!

My girlfriend and I stayed in their 1 bedroom, Valley Side in August 2005. The room had a full kitchen, full living room, fireplace, 2 tv's, and a full size bed. Only thing that wasn't as comfortable was their size of bathroom, the soaking tub was especially small for two people, not very comfortable. Perhaps their other rooms' tubs were a bit roomier. Hard to make it a romantic soak when there's little room to move around. Their daily complimentary horderves was nice, but the Pan Pacific's complimentary breakfast was quite tasty. Full cereal bar, juices, coffe, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruits, and has browns was all quite good with very good quality. They weren't cheap in this category. Very nice hotel, sitting from their two outdoor hottubs, you can see the ski runs from both moutains quite clearly.
