| When we initially drove up, I was a bit skeptical. Although well maintained, it is not as new as some of the other properties in the area. I was extremely pleasantly surprised when I opened the guest room door. There was a safe available and all the amenities that my family of four needed. A very well appointed room. The furnishings were in excellent condition, a good selection of television stations and a large vanity were much appreciated. The continental breakfast was nice but not quite enough for our clan so we ended up eating at restaurants for the rest of the stay. Excellent stay overall. Thank you!

| good lower price option in location. Quiet the night I was there. Wonderful continental breakfast and very nice staff. Beds were nice, pillows small. Room was certainly clean. Would have enjoyed just a tad more space in room and more updated bath and those are the only factors about comfort that I could mention as a qualifier. Its good, not great and compared to other options it is a good value

| If you have children, get yourself the kids suite - my nephews LOVED having their own room with a tv. I was impressed that I couldn't hear the traffic from our room - made for a great night's sleep. Of course, you can hear people running around outside, but I have yet to stay in a hotel where you can't (!) The breakfast could've been better, but they did have waffles, milk, oj, coffee, which was fine. And, the pool wasn't that great (small for the hotel size), but we didn't have much energy or time for that.

| I searched for hours before booking this hotel, but was still a little skeptical (fear of the unknown) that I made the right choice. Once we arrived, I was elated at how nice and clean the hotel was. The staff was extremely friendly, the Kid Suite was perfect for my 13 and 10 year old children. The Cont. breakfast was a little lacking, but did hold us over in the mornings...and saved money. I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn Maingate to anyone looking for a great hotel at even a better price. I will definatly stay again on our next Disneyland trip!

| The room was very clean and spacious. There was a small fridge which was nice. The free wireless internet was GREAT! The shower had weak water pressure, but that's par for the course for most hotels. The door to our room did not have a rubber seal around it so the street noise was pretty loud - however I don't know if all the doors in the hotel were like this. Also, a lot of the rooms are NOT close to the street so I'm sure they were a lot quieter. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day at Disney. This is right on the Disney strip so restaurants are plentiful. Hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

| Nice room, comfortable, spacious. The "extras" of the hotel are nothing to write home about - no big lobby, restaurant or work out room, but I didn't really need that this time. Conveniently located. Good enough if you need a nice room at a great price.

| The kid's suite was great. With a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, it was imperative to have them in a separate room from us so they could go to bed at 8pm, and we could stay up later. Well-rested kids are the key to a good vacation, right?!

| We booked this room with 4 days notice and got a very comfortable "kids suite" the room was perfect 2 queen size in the front room and 2 bunks in the back room. All rooms are non-smoking and if you smoke in them it will cost $100.00 for cleaning fees. This is perfect because my wife cannot stand the smell of stale smoke or smoke period. The only complaint I really have is they show this great free continental breakfast on the sign but it was apples oranges and 3 types of cereal then cheap bread from the local vons. No croissants or bagels or muffins like on the sign.

| The continental breakfast was a little more then what we expected. Instead of just stale donuts (as we've had at other hotels) we enjoyed cereal, toast, waffles, coffee, juice, pastries and fresh fruit. Our room was much bigger then expected and was clean. Our only problem was some noisy neighbors.

| Indeed it is two star hotel, unlike I thought from the pictures in Expedia - it looks a lot better than the real one. I stayed 3 days at a family suit which my kids loved very much, and my parent stayed one king bed room which was, I think, better than two queen beds room - they stayed one night here and moved to King bed room which has a separate couch and looks roomier than two queen beds room, though it is actually same. Friendly front desk service and overall, no comlain based on the price that I paid.

| This was a great find! The hotel was clean and recently remodeled. A nice continental breakfast started each day. The hotel was steps to the Anaheim Resort Transit "trolleys" stop and made for convenient travel to and from Disneyland/California Adventure. The staff was extremely helpful and except for a in-room coffee maker that worked intermittantly the stay was exceptional good. Good value and we'll stay there again when in Anaheim!

| I appreciated the quiet rooms, pool, hot tub and continental breakfast of waffles, fruit, pastries, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, milk and juice. The daily complimentary paper was nice. I didn't realize that it would cost extra for a microwave, but we didn't really need one. Nice place for a family on a budget. Very tourist friendly.

| We went to Disneyland in March. We had one of the kid's suites. My son loved it. He had his own room and TV. We also had a refridgerator in the room, which was really nice. It is a really great and inexpensive place to stay. The people at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. It is too far to walk to Disney, but the tram system was really nice and easy to use. It drops you very close to the maingate and ticket booths. I am planning to stay at this hotel when we go back to Disneyland in the fall.

| In the area around Disneyland it's possible to spend alot or a little. For an inexpensive hotel This Comfort Inn is really nice. We were escorted to our room by a very nice young man who answered several questions we had. The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff was knowlegdable and polite. Our stay was a very pleasant.
