| Hot breakfast was below average(mini powdered donuts, the highlight?). Room was dirty and had an ant problem. Free cocktails was a plus but nothing to write home about. Lots of late night partying kept the hotel loud. Would not recommend if you have children.

| The hotel was slightly less per night than its surrounding competitors, but it offered a lot more for the price. The hotel room offered was a nice size suite with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and a fold-out sofa. We also received day passes to the large health club behind the hotel and a few free drinks in the hotel bar. SUCH A DEAL for under $XX per night.

| Was a bit disappointed because there were quite a few children running up and down the hallways being rowdy. Not that I blame the hotel, but there should have been notice given to these children about it being late and they were too loud for other guests.

| This hotel is very nice. When we walked into the place the outside world seemed to vanish. The beautiful courtyard/lobby gives an atmosphere of a far away place. The service is beyond anything we have seen at 5 star hotels. They offer complimentary cocktails in the evenings and free breakfast in the morning. It not one of those continual breakfast either, it's a full breakfast with bacon and eggs, or just about anything you might want. That alone is worth the inexpensive rate we paid at this hotel. All in all, this is a great place to stay, while in Tulsa.

| This property is older, but well maintained. Large suite type room, fridge, microwave, desk, and wireless internet. Good complimentary breakfast. Only negative might be walls a little thin.

| After checking in, you face a quiet plant filled courtyard with lush tropical plants and soft water features. Nice place, with good service that goes out of their way to help with business items.

| I have stayed in many hotels all over the country and in Canada. We could not believe this was only rated 2 star. The rooms were great, temperature easily managed, great service and host, large hot breakfast. It made our stay in Tulsa so enjoyable plus it is conveniently located in the city.

| This hotel is a great little "gem" of a find. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the grounds are well kept and beautiful and the rooms were very large and accomodating. The beds are comfortable and the decor far better than one would expect for the price. The full hot breakfast in the neat tropical courtyard was a great bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere different to stay. It is not like your typical "chain hotels", as it seems there is a lot of attention to detail at this great hotel. Consider this hotel as an option when travelling to Tulsa...you won't be disappointed!

| I had the misfortune to stay at this hotel. The greeting when we arrived was "heres you key". No other info was provided. The bathroom looked like they had turned a group of monkies lose with caulk guns. The colors were terrible and the airconditioner was not correctly installed, letting in cold air. The breakfast server was incapable or did not want to operate the waffle maker. Do not stay here.

| This hotel was advertised as a newly renovated facility. However, the hotel had a distinct odor which appeared to relate to the ventilation system. There were obvious signs of leakage, and the vents were caked with dirt. Smoking rooms were being passed off as non smoking. And, there was a general uncleanliness about the entire hotel.
