| you are staying in vacant apartment units sparsly furnished with rental furniture. good if you NEED a kitchen or are staying long term, but otherwise you feel like an outsider. Parking is additional. Location is good and Fiddler's restaurant across the street is excellent!

| Very spacious apartment. Furnishings need to be a bit more comfortable-- it was OK, though. There are no hotel services, really, but if you don't mind, it is quite good.

| The room you will receive is part of brand new upscale condominium complex in Beverly Hills. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It comes with a kitchen, fireplace and separate private bedroom and full bathroom. I would estimate that this type of room would cost at least $300 at any other hotel chain. The only drawback is the inconvenience experienced while checking in. There is no front lobby. Instead you will find a parking space in an underground garage. You will need to call through a electronic intercom only to be buzzed in through a locked gate and asked to pick up your keys from a make-shift office ran out of one the apartments. Once you receive your keys - you will have drive to another location and parking garage near your room. If you can handle this - the rest of your stay will be delightful.

| This "hotel" is hidden inside an apartment complex, with no sign or reception to welcome you in. It's almost rocket science to find it. There is no cleaning or maintenance as you would expect from a hotel. Parking is extra fee, and the general feeling is like you pay as if you live in a hotel, but get service as if you rent a place in LA. THINK TWICE!!!

| While it took a little time to find in the Palazzo East Apartment complex off 3rd & Hauser, we were very pleased once we got to the apartment. And it is an apartment--maids don't clean the room every day, but it was spotless when we arrived, and we're not messy. There's a washer and dryer in the apartment. There was no need for endless tipping of service staff, and it's a lot roomier than a comparably priced hotel. And while there are no hotel paintings on the wall, we sure didn't miss them! Good location--there's a Whole Foods nearby that has great take-out. We saved a lot of money on dining with the kitchen facilities. Beautiful pool. Spa use iffy apparently because of dispute between YourStay and Palazzo East.

| The hotel is really an apartment although very nice. My room was next to 3rd. street and because of that I heard a lot of cars zipping by. Kinda hard to sleep. The room was well equipped with all that was needed for a long stay. It even had a washer & dryer. The room could use some art. The white walls made me think of the time I moved into my first apartment and had no money. It is difficult to get any service. The shower was missing a shower head but was replaced after I reported it. The sleeper sofa had no sheet and I could not get the management to deliver one despite numerous requests. No TV in bedroom. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Parking is $20.00 per day so budget for this. The complex is nestled in a good location and conveniant to the Hollywood Walk. The facility is secure. A good place to stay for extended periods but don't expect much in the way of service. It is Your Stay. You're on your own.

| first, the good. The outward appearance of this place is very nice...it looks brand new. It is in a nice area..and very convenient to Sunset Blvd, Hollywood..etc. Some people complain its hard to find...but use Yahoo maps and get driving directions. I did and got right there. Now, the bad: the operators of this hotel...ie the management company...appear clueless. The guy who did my credit card couldnt even operate a copy machine. And trying to get to the office to check in...gimme a break! It was very confusing to find their office...and you had to go through numerous keypad gates and intercoms to find them. The management appeared kinda slipshod...and dis-interested...just there to collect info. I know this is a condo-type establishment...but please, you are still in the service industry. Lastly...the ugly: The first thing I see when I open the door is an iron burn mark in the center of the entry way carpet! Who the heck irons there? And why is this acceptable to rent out? The full size kitchen came with a mini refridgerater...not even enought room to store a small tub of ice cream in the freezer section. Lame. The rest of the place was fine though...and rather comfy...but furnishings were a bit dull. I expected more from the pictures. The grounds though are beautiful...and the pool/spa look great. So...if you want a comfy place to stay...I'd recommend it...but the room was a 3 and the service was a 2 at best. So....take from this review what you will.

| Stayed here for 2 days. The hotel itself is great, excellent location, beautiful rooms and pool. Unfortunately, this business is being poorly run. They are trying to not let the residents in these new apartments know that they are renting out the vacant units. As a result, the customer service is terrible. Took forever to check in, they were confused with the reservations, and then really messed up when a second guest arrived later. Totally incompetent and almost ruined the weekend.

| Hard to find first time at night. Should include the fact that hotel is part of Pallazo Apartments complex East. Would make it easier to find. Also, it took me 20 minutes wait to sign in, waiting for attendant. Also, $20 dollars a night to park vehicle was a shocker. It should be included in hotel description.

| This isn't a Hotel, this was a fully-furnished, sub-let apartment being rented for short-term stays. Full kitchen, microwave oven, full stove, fridge, etc... They do not offer daily room services such as making the bed(s) or restocking soaps and towels. Fresh towels are provided upon check-in and can be replaced on request. This 2 year old complex is in the heart of Los Angeles and was beautiful. Not far from a terrific shopping/dining center, "The Grove". Not far from hwys 10 and 405. Secure grounds and gated underground parking is available for a daily fee. Minutes from a 24 hour super market "Ralphs".

| I knew checking in that this is more of an apartment than a hotel. Check in was quick. I used Mapquest to find. The apartment is a great location. Right in West Hollywood, close to shops and restaurants. Don't expect daily maid service or regular hotel accomodations. It is an apartment, and a great one. Very clean an comfortable, with full kitchen, living room, and a washer and dryer in the room! For the price it is a deal. Thanks

| This is not a hotel but actually luxury apartments - it's more like staying at a timeshare than a hotel - the property is beautiful - fantastic location - everything is new - full kitchen - washer and dryer in unit - the nicest/largest fitness center I've seen at a resort - I only have 1 complaint - no sign saying "YourStay" - the complex is actually called Palazzo East. It would be very helpful knowing this ahead of time.

| YourStay Wilshire was terrific! After booking our trip, I kept an eye on travelers' reviews & got a bit nervous after reading some postings. Once there, we were pleased to find our 1-bedroom unit in this gated community was MUCH better than anticipated! This place has it all: pool, spa, exercise facilities. It is an upscale apt. complex, not a hotel, so you trade some of the amenities of a hotel for a few added luxuries & conveniences. Bottom line: if you can't make your own bed and/or need chocolates on your pillow at night, this isn't the place for you. However, if you want a roomy suite with gas fireplace, full kitchen, in-room stackable washer/dryer, and the quiet security of a residential environment for the same price as a second- or third-tier hotel/motel, then this IS the place for you. Our balcony had view of the HOLLYWOOD sign, which was cool. Overstuffed living room furniture was inviting & very comfortable. On-site parking garage was bright, clean & safe. YourStay staff were friendly & helpful at check-in, and check-out was as easy as dropping the keys & remote control (for gate) in a mailbox on our way out of the complex. Would easily rate it 9 out of 10; not a solid 10 because the suite's plain white walls were boring & there was an iron burn on the dining-room carpet, but these did not affect our stay or enjoyment of the suite. YourStay Wilshire left us smiling, and we'll definitely visit again!! It's the best value in town.

| Upon check-in, told there is no maid service. Phone had not been connected, local phone co. had to come out and give us a #. Unit had NOT been cleaned prior to our arrival, stains on loveseat. Building beautiful, but cheaply furnished. College-dorm room size refridgerator. No diswashing detergent, or wash cloths. Management extremely rude and argumentative.

| We were a bit worried to book this apart hotel after reading some of the reviews, it turned out to be one of our best experiences. The location is very central, near the Grove Mall, 2 minutes from Beverly Hills. The world class Spa, Cable, DSL, DVD an Stereo were all great. It took us quiet a long time to find the building and check in took a bit long, however, overall we had a great stay.We recommended YourStay to our friends and we'll be back.

| YourStay is a section in a new apartment complex. The setting is really nice - good location, nice landscaping, everything's new. The location is very convenient, close to many shops & restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful. You get a great deal for the price: the one bedroom suites have a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, balcony, CD & DVD players. You also get garage parking, access to pool, gym, sauna. You should be aware that this is not a full service hotel. It's something between a hotel and a vacation rental, in a new apartment complex. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay there again.

| For a five day stay we were given two towels in our room. When I called to ask for some wash cloths I was told that they were not provided but I could call back in three days and make my request to management. (We went out and bought our own.) There were also no bath mats provided for the bathroom. The bed was made with a thin sheet set and blanket with no matress pad. The carpet was dirty and blinds were broken. The heating and air system did not work and it got quite hot at night.

| first, parking and layout is inconvienient. second, front desk service doesn't exist. third, the room is so bland and so boring that we wanted to commit suicide.we stayed for 2 nights and it sucked. if you need a place for 2 or 3 weeks, Yourstay might be alright, but you'll need 2 or 3 days just to work out the kinks, like no soap in the kitchen or bath, ants in the bathroom, brand new, unwashed sctratchy sheets/towels and a sofa so hard that you should buy your own. but, at $15 parking per night, you can't afford to stay for 3 weeks!also, pray they don't put you in a ground-level room facing busy 3rd street. No, the windows aren't the sound-proof kind. but don't worry, there's nor patio furniture so you won't go on the patio anyway.
