| This is probably one of the worst suites that I have ever stayed. The first impression was disappointing. The room is essentially the size of a standard hotel room. They added a partition and a sleeper sofa with an additional TV. And then they call the room a suite. For typical suites, you expect to enter via the living area first. For this suite, you enter the bedroom directly, and then at the end of the room is the partition with the sleeper. They pack a lot of furniture in the room. As a result, there is very little space left for anything else, like your luggage. To make it worse, there is a very strong musky smell from the air conditioning. Did not enjoy my stay there at all.

| This hotel was perfect for my family. I had no problem with the room size. The fridge and the microwave were a plus. The breakfast was good if you wanted a little something before you started your day, and it's free. If you want a quiet hotel, don't stay here. There are a lot of kids and they are very loud. This is a very family friendly hotel. Make sure you ask for a room away from the pool. Great location, close to the zoo and SeaWorld.

| I think this hotel is good for price. The location is good to go everywhere like sea-world, zoo, shopping etc. The room is good enough and the showerroom is actually great. My room has the massage shower. It's much better than normal shower. And shower curtain is curved to make the more space. I like that! The continental breakfast is OK. I think they should have served the Belgian waffle and fresh yogurt as reguler motel has. It could be improved. Totally, this hotel is good for the price.

| The hotel itself is kept very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful!! My biggest complaint would be that, we had a kids suite and the housekeeping staff would leave the sheets and blanket ontop of the bunk bed for me to make up every night!! I am on vacation, not wanting to "make" beds. Also, they shut the breakfast down with little to no warning!!

| This hotel is only suited for families with children who do not mind a lot of noise. For those over 55 or those who wish to be able to have some quiet rest at the end of day it is not a place to stay. All of the rooms are located around a central pool. The children playing in this area are noisy until 10:00 pm or later. In addition there was work going on in the room above us (3rd floor) which was extremely noisy. The soft drink machines were either inoperable or would not accept dollar bills. The tv set had problems with the cable lead and at times lost the picture. The security door to the outside on the second floor was blocked open by a faulty doorstop and therefore of no protective use. We returned once at 4:00 pm to find our room was not made up and had to wait in the lobby after we located a maid. The refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy. In short we would not return but I am sure it is suitable for young active families with children who are more concerned with the cost than the amenities.

| Suite style room was small, but very comfortable for two adults. The suites with bunk beds must draw a lot of families with children. If you want a quiet place, this isn't it. Could not use the pool/hot tub later in the evening because of the large number of kids. Don't get a room next to a stair well. The security doors slam shut and will disturb your sleep. Continental breakfast was good, but breakfast area got trashed becuase parents let their young children try to feed themselves.... not a pretty sight.

The king sized bed made it difficult to move around the room but wasn't a major issue. The continental breakfast was okay but could use some more variety.

| This hotel was what my family needed for this trip to sunny San Diego. We had so many activities planned that we spent minimal time in our room, and all we really needed were beds and a shower. And with two young children, the Kids Suite with bunk beds in a separate room was just the amount of separation needed after a day spent together. The continental breakfast was basically cereal, toast/bagels, juice and coffee but was enough to get you up and going before a long day of exploring. This hotel was essentially on I-8, so it was simple to get wherever you wanted to go on the freeway without having to wind through unfamiliar streets to get there. With so many other hotels in the area, I would probably try something different next time to get the full California beach experience, but this hotel was definitely worth the money spent.

Buffet was not in line with other Comfort Suites I have stayed in, everything comes out frozen and you can toast, microwave or have cereal....not the greatest...close to all attractions, but really need a rental car to get around...mall close by car....3 restaurants in walking distance...not the greatest.

| The hotel was clean, in a good area with easy access to attractions and shopping. The kid's suite is good in theory, nice with the "seperate room" and bunk beds. The two major drawbacks are 1. you have to walk through the kid's room to use the bathroom. 2. the adult suite is absolutely, absurdly cramped! The continental breakfast was one of the worst I'd had, the bagels were very low grade, dry- white-bread tasting. Couldn't stomach it, had to visit Starbucks and Coffee Bean instead.

Only big problem we had was staff cleaning at 6:30 am. outside our door. Would stay there again.

| We stayed for a week at this hotel. The breakfast was good, pool was nice, and the location was great. With our rental car, the hotel provided easy access to the zoo, Sea World, and the Northern San Diego beaches. There is also a mall and nice selection of restaurants just across the freeway off Mission Center. The only compaint I had is that our room was right next to the hallway door leading out of the hotel. It was very noisy when other guests let the door slam even late into the night.

| We stayed at this hotel for our vacation visit to San Diego. Our whole family enjoyed the stay! Complimentary continental breakfast was very nice and well kept. It also had great hours - 6:30 am till 9:30 am. I used the "coffee tray" to gather breakfast and we ate in our rooms. Pool and hot tub was a great way to unwind after our day. Room service was available everyday. My only negative complaint about this hotel would have to be the fact that the web cam video made our bedroom suit with kid's room - look alot bigger then I was expecting. But no worries - we had enough room to keep the kid's out of our hair. I would definately recommend this hotel to travelers with little kids - so those without be prepared for noise till pool is closed at 10 pm.

| I already new that the rooms were going to be small (based on reading thre other opinions), but I really was interested in staying in a suite so that my young daughters would have a separate area to play in and sleep in. So it met my expectatins as far as that. I wouldn't recommend this hotel suite for anybody that has grown kids or more than 2 adults. It's a little crowded and at times you feel cramped.. but then again we were in San Diego for the attractions and not to stay in the hotel room allday. We did sleep comfortably and so did my girls. I would stay here again while my girls are still small. It was very economical.

The presentation of the property was thoughtful - the pool was in the center of the courtyard - not that we went swimming. Local restaurants were within walking distance from fast food burgers to sit down restaurants. The movie theatre and mall were minutes away. Loved that.
