The Hyatt was a beautiful resort that included a spa and casino. It was only a short walk down to Lake Tahoe where you find a floating dock with Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the view. It was nice to have the casino in the hotel. The resort was very well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and surrounding deck were heated so they can be enjoyed year round. If we go back to Lake Tahoe I would definitely go back to the Hyatt.

Disappointed by the staff service. Disappointed by the spa - very expensive and wished there was a private whirlpool and cool-off shower or well.

This is an excellent hotel, but be sure to avoid rooms on the 4th floor over the bar area...live music on weekend nights sounds like it's in the next room. The manager very kindly gave us a credit for the one night we stayed in that room, then found another room for us the next day. Beautiful hotel and location!

Great private beach with pier bar. Scenic rooms and good restaurants close by. Recent remodel is great!

The Hyatt Regency is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hotel is extremely friendly and very courteous (yes sir, no sir, yes ma'am, etc). When you call the front desk for anything, you are greeted by name (Good morning Mr. Smith). Room service for breakfast took less than 20 minutes to receive. The rooms are decorated tastefully and have phenomenal views.

The Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The service was top notch. The spa facility, excercise equipment, and food service was all very over the top.

Although the hotel was comfortable, clean, and attractive, my wife and I found that the service was rude, arrogant, snobbish and completely ruined our weekend ski getaway.

We would stay here again due to the closeness of ski-resorts and Lake Tahoe proper. The service was friendly and the dining choices were varied, efficient and mouth-watering. The only negative item; the hotelroom bathroom did not have a dimmer switch ;-)
