| This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever experienced. The resort was everything we expected and more. The food was awesome. Salvadore's restaurant was so great we had a hard time going anywhere else. We talked to many couples who had tried other resorts in Puerto Vallarta and they always come back to Gold Crown Paradise Resort.

| We were looking to stay in a lower-priced all-inclusive for our first trip to PV, and we found it in the Golden Crown Paradise. The hotel staff all were very friendly, helpful, and spoke decent enough english. A major problem we had was with our room, when our A/C unit leaked water over our luggage, soaking it. The hotel did launder my clothes and have them back to me by the afternoon, but, needless to say, I wasn't happy. Also, our room overlooked the pool/bar area, which was pretty loud on Friday night. The following are some other comments on the hotel: -food was decent to good; -drinks were plentiful (as they should be at an all-inclusive), and barstaff very friendly; -adults only was great! (just walk by the pool at the sister, family resort and you'll know what I mean); -the resort's beach was nice, with plenty of activities (jet skis, parasailing, fishing, horseback riding, etc.) if inclined; -the beach merchants get a little annoying after awhile; -make your dinner reservations early, they fill up surprisingly fast; and -there were plenty of lounge chairs on the beach, but the pool area filled up fast.

| We were supposedly "upgraded" to a suite for no reason. The suite was an old unit that had not been renovated. The elevator was broke the entire time we were there and we had to use stairs (we were on the 7th floor). Several times we had to request maid service before someone would come to clean the room and provide clean linen.

| We have just returned from a week at the Golden Crown Paradise resort and can not say enough good things about it. From the minute we arrived until we left the staff was great. The staff went out of their way to make you happy. The food was GREAT and there was plenty of it. If you want a wonderful vacation I recommend this very highly.

| We really enjoyed our stay in P.V. The Crown Paradise is located in an excellent spot, close to the marina, not too far from the airport and a short cab ride into downtown. The rooms and hotel in general were all very clean. There was an issue with the maid not leaving water one day. (Take a couple extra bottles in case.) The elevators didn't work too well which is an issue when you are climbing 5 flights of stairs in 100 degree heat. The food was good. Salvador's and Paradise were both very good. The third was ok. Service was exceptional in the bars and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Breeze bar by the beach and the Factory Club. (Take advantage of the Factory Club. Few others did, but it was better drinks and service than what you'll get downtown.) It was nice to also have the options of using the pools and restaurants at the Crown Paradise Club next door.

| Overall, I wouldn't go back to the hotel because of two things - bad food and rude people. The food was not good, and if you asked for something different or more food (small portions), the employees were rude. The only food that's good is the food by the pool (tacos, etc.) The drinks are great, and I was very pleased with the room and the view. Try to get a suite if you do stay here. If you can stay without the food included, I would do that. Also, the vendors on the beach bother you a lot. If you can, try to stay on the south coast. It's really nice over there.

| We just got back from a 5 day getaway. Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful place to go. The staff at the Golden Crown Paradise is wonderful, the food was excellent and the pool was a great place to be. However you couldn't enjoy the beach due to all the beach vendors wanting to sell you anything and everything. We had heard not to make eye contact and they wont bother you - that is not true. I even had one vendor wake me up to ask me if I wanted braids in my hair. No - I wanted to sleep on the beach. The beds in the hotel were great - as long as you actually like sleeping on cardboard. Overall our experience was a great one, and I plan on going back - I would probably even stay at the Golden Crown paradise. It was definatly the best hotel around where we stayed.

| Golden Crown Paradise is an awesome resort. My wife and I are planning to return, and I am sharing the good stories with all of my friends. I have been on a few vacations - but I have never had this much fun. The room was always clean, the pool was refreshing and fun. There were so many activities available that you could not get bored. The food was great (you MUST try the tacos at the pool side snack bar). Oh, and the drinks were good too. I cannot believe that all of this was included. Yes, room service was included too! One more thing, in addition to the restaurants listed, you can use all of the restaurants and amenities at the neighboring resort. It is the best deal ever! The ONLY downside that I can think of is in regard to the beds. They are a bit firm. But, I had no trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep through the night. We left the door open to the beach and listened to the waves as we slept.

| This hotel was perfect. The side we stayed on was for adults only. I traveled down to Puerta Vallarata with some buddies with work, all in our twenties. THe beach and hotel facilities were great. We went out everynight to the bars and usually went with the hotel activity personnel who organzied the trips for only a small charge which included taxi and entrance and first drink. The marina where all the boats took over was only two blocks from the hotel. I recommend taking one of the boat day trips. The snorkeling was sub par but the booze and atmosphere on board was great. An extremely enjoyable trip and were already talking about doing it again next year.

| Having done the Cabo and Cozumel scene, PV was a very nice and relaxing change and the Golden Crown Paradise (GCP)was an excellent choice for our stay. Why?, well (1)very friendly and attentive staff; (2) VERY nice, large rooms, all with an ocean view; (3) good food and drink with a nice and refreshing variety of restaurants; (4) quality pool and beach area, ie: plenty of chairs and cabanas; (5) $4 cab ride to the Malecon and downtown PV; should I go on? The ONLY complaint that I could possible have was that the beds were quite firm, however, I quickly discoverd that a few margaritas took care of this problem. In short, an excellent experience and we are planning to go back over Thanksgiving week - can't wait!

| I must say I was a bit uneasy booking over the internet but was pleasantly surprised not only was this place everything as advertised but exceeded my expectations. The food was good & plenty of choices off the menu with specials daily. The resturants while either casual or more formal rotated the menus daily so it wasn't the same day after day, my only complaint might be passing on one item thinking I'd try it next time only to find a different menu & more good choices. The service was good through out in all areas of the property. The view from our room was spectacular. I'm not crazy about kids & not having them running around the pool was another plus. I had planned on seeing a bit more of PV but hardly left the hotel got too comfortable just relaxing had a good laugh as the staff tried to get those as lazy as myself into the various activities but for those more inclined there was always something to do. Nice clean rooms, good service, good food & oh cold drinks whats not to like. I have already told my boss to give up on the Caribean & get himself down to the Golden Crown Paradise!

| Our first all inclusive experience. Pleased with it all. The food was good and the menue changed daily so you don't get bored. Drinks were great. Plenty of room to lie on the beach, the surf was great for bobbing around and cooling off. Their new spa is nice. I had a facial and my husband had a massage.

| My boyfriend and I went to the Crown Paradise Nov 5 - Nov 12th. Overall it was a good vacation, but I know we won't go back. The hotel is within walking distance to the marina which is convenient if you take a boat tour. It was fun to see all the cruise ships come in. There is also a Wal-Mart and Sam?s Club within walking distance if you forget anything. The food and drinks were always good as well as the service. The menus changed daily and the restaurants serve American style food. The hotel next door has an Italian restaurant and a breakfast buffet you can go to. You can also use the pool there, but they are renovating the hotel. The beds/pillows were very hard and uncomfortable and there was no ceiling fan. Also, there was a horrible stench in the bathroom about 12 hours or so after the maid cleaned and NOTHING would get rid of it!!! We didn?t have any other problems with our room. The ocean and beach are really nice however the vendors are annoying. They also provide kayaks for free and there were Jet Ski?s/parasailing/fishing services on the beach available for a fee. The activities staff was very energetic and there was always something going on by the pool.
