The only disappointing thing about the room was that it smelled like cigarette smoke. We weren't offered a "non smoking" option so we were uncertain if they were available.

We were on the 11th floor overlooking the Falls -- a spectacular view. We enjoyed watching the changing of the colors on the falls. We kept the blinds open during the night and was awakened by the sunrise. It was a really enjoyable stay.

Good thing about this hotel is the view, it is right on the spot and you will be able to see the view at day and night-never forget. As describe in other peoples comments, one complaint is extra parking fee- the cheaper place is skylon park and other public parks but we found the fact later. Swimming pool was not big but ok.

We liked this hotel very much. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was we had a free shuttle to the shopping and casino and we couldn't ever figure out how to get back on the shuttel to go back to the hotel. They give you a map but it's not clear at all where it picks up at. It was a great hotel with a great view of the falls. We would stay again.

My husband and I were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. Our superior fallsview room was exactly that. From our huge picture window, we could see, hear, and feel the rumble of the beautiful horseshoe falls. We were literally two short blocks away. There was a fireworks show over the falls the night we stayed, and we had the best seats in the house. No other hotel was closer than we were. The room was perfect, the jacuzzi was wonderful, and the massive bed was piled with comfy pillows and covers. I even loved the soaps and lotions that were provided and bought some of them for myself when we got home. The staff was so polite and helpful, and the pool and gym areas were very nice and clean. We will definitely go there again!!

The view is what makes this hotel. If your room is on the right side of the hotel and on higher floors, probobly from 10th floor up, you get an unbelievable view of both falls.I was on the 12th floor, and I just loved it. The view could not get any better.

Absolutely cannot beat the view, but hotel overall was average. Anxious employees wanting to sell you a tour, but entrance service otherwise, was lackluster. Most, if not all visitors, we observed had to take own bags to room. Flower arrangements throughout hotel were plastic, dated and not well kept. Rooms at top end (and top floors) were spacious with fireplace and large jacuzzi tubs. Desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Courtesy shuttle to some key areas was adequate. Terrapin Dining room had excellent service but prices were $$$$$. The view overwhelms the negatives.

My advice is to get canadian $ as soon as you get there and just go by the canadian prices everywhere you go. Beds are extremely comfy! Would stay there again...lots of very nice staff.

I took my mom and had reserved 2 queen beds with a hot tub. I called before we left to verify the 2 queen beds. We get there and they only have a king. We ended up getting 2 queen beds, but without the hotub. I will always wonder if it was worth losing the hot tub not to sleep with my Mother! Don't leave the casino late at night hungry as room service is over at 11. Fireworks are only in the summer, but the falls at night lit up are breathtaking! The bed was really comfy. The pool was nice too. Valet was very polite and always welcomed us home.

What a spectacular view. Only gave them a 4 on condition/maintenence due to windows being a bit dirty on the exterior even though it was alleged that the windows cleaners were the 5/16/05 thru 5/20/05 and we arrived evening of 5/20. Would suggest you book a room with the foot of the bed facing the Rainboe Bridge so that you can lie in bed and have a great view of the falls. Only downside was the bus tour we took, Greyline Rainboe Tour. Stay away from these peopel unless you do not mindbeing left behind at an attraction and walking back to hotel! You should also be aware that a parking charge of $20 applies.

Make sure you take a pocket full of money. Vending machines only take tokens furnished in your room - a charge of $3.00 each - for a 20 oz soft drink. The resturaunt was totally awsome - enjoyed it very much! Room service was totally awesome also (a bit pricy too!) The beds were not that comfortable in my opinion - I did not sleep well. The fallsview room with the jacuzzi was great - very romantic. Valet parking was alright - if they were busy it took a while. Watch the add-on's - they will accumulate and you will be surprised at check-out. I would recommend the tour package as it was an awesome deal and the people were extremely great. We had a good time but I will be a little more prepared next time. I would stay there again.

This hotel has one of the best views to the Niagara falls. We had a full view room and it was both impressive and relaxing to watch the falls during the day and especially during the night with all the colored lights. Also, with the room's orientation it was easy to enjoy the fireworks on Friday night.I would recommend this hotel mainly for its view to the falls.

The hotel was situated whereby every room had an excellent view almost directly next to the falls. The view was particularly impressive at night. Although we were in Niagara during the height of winter, we had a bearable 10 minute walk to the falls. There are a couple restaurants located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but the main "down town" area is reachable only by a short 5 minute car ride.

The view of the horse shoe falls from both rooms of the full falls view and the one with jacuzzi are breathtaking. However, the condition, maintenance, and cleanliness of the rooms need to be improved. We were moved several times from rooms to rooms, which nearly took away our whole morning, because the heavy cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking room, bad body odor left in the room, the toilet didn't work, a couple of towels have unidentified hairs, no shower caps, no Kleenex in the bathroom, etc.
