| I was pleasantly surprised by all aspects of the hotel. I stayed there because it was near to the airport and new, but the hotel far surpassed what I expected. On several occasions the staff went way out of their way to help me (in my case it was lots of heavy luggage). The rooms were clean and comfy and typical of a hotel. The restaurant was quite good with a small menu that rotates often so if you stay there you don't always see the same things. Plus a good wine menu. All this for a very reasonable rate is a steal. I would highly recommend the place.

| Really surprised to find such a great hotel at an airport. Having only 16 hours in Dallas I decided to stay at the airport, right in terminal D. Everyone was absolutely lovely and even called to check in. The rooms were big, very comfortable, and extremely clean. I am a big hotel snob, but I would easily recommend this hotel.

| Modern, clean, conveinient. If you land in Terminal D, you can just walk to the hotel. Good service, restaurant food was fine but a bit expensive. Good place to stop if you are arriving in Dallas in the evening and have business the next day. Ride from the hotel to Dallas takes about 40 minutes in rush hour and taxi is about $55 each way.

| Other than the sterile hallways, this is one airport hotel that doesn't seem like an airport hotel. Excellent rooms, excellent service (and room service), very nice bar, the typical Grand or Park Hyatt bed, just outstanding. Almost makes you wish you missed your flight to stay another day!

| The Grand Hyatt was a great surprise. We didn't expect the quality of amenities or services for an "in-airport" hotel. One is tempted to schedule a two-day layover whenever traveling through Dallas-Fort Worth

| We were in a bind because of the Hurricane damage in Ft. Lauderdale - we found out at the last minute that our hotel was cancelled and we needed to stay overnight in Dallas to be able to arrive at the right time. We were delighted to find out that the most convenient hotel - right in the airport - was also beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The bed was perfect, and the room so luxurious that we were surprised it did not cost more. And it was only a 10-minute taxi ride to a great shopping center. A great experience!

| I was glad to find a place to stay to flee Rita and Grand Hyatt DFW was a chance. The Hotel is perfect if you need to fly, because it's inside the DSW International Airport. It's very confortable, with a good fitness center and a goood Restaurant. I think that is great for a Businees trip. In our case, we want to know Dallas and Forth Worth and was a lot of travel inside the Airport.
