We stayed for one night. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very clean as well. I have to mention there were air mattrasses with adjustable firmness. Those are very comfortable. We did not use room service, so I have no comment there. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel lives fully up to the Radisson name. What I found to be extremely useful was the free high-speed landline Internet use in every room. The room pricing is also surprisingly affordable.

I always stay at this hotel when in Pittsburgh. It is convenient for me and the good quality is consistent. Also, this hotel (I assume all Radisson hotels) has upgraded to Select Comfort beds and they are very comfortable. I have found in the past that most hotel mattresses are too firm. In addition, this hotel has introduced new linen - crisp and clean shams and duvets with coordinating dust ruffles are very attractive. This hotel has a very nice inhouse restaurant that serves a very good brunch.

I think that the quality of the bed is one of the most important aspects of a hotel, and this hotel definitely rated high for that. The room was clean, and the section of the hotel that I stayed in was mostly quiet. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very pleasant. This hotel probably has the best appeal for business trips.

it's a bit out of the way from the freeway and there's not too many amenities. it is clsoe to downtown (about 10 minutes) and about 20 from the airport. i didn't like that our "15th floo" room was really the 3rd floor and overlooked a parking lot, despite a request fro a room with a view (I don't think the hotel was full). the room was clean, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good. I never found HBO on the TV, but maybe that was my problem. The concierge was friendly and the computer room was handy. i'd go back.

When we got to our room, we found two double beds instead of one king as we requested. After a call to the front desk, the mistake was immediately corrected. The hotel is conviently located just 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh (with normal traffic) and about 20 minutes from the airport. We loved the location. The room was in good condition and we would definitely stay there again.

If you are looking to stay in a nic hotel for a reasonable rate. This is it. I found this on Expedia 18 months ago and stayed there because my husband and I were traveling with a pet. Not additional fees and newly remodeled rooms. Too good to be true? Not at all. I could not wait to return. The staff were so nice and accomodating. I would not want to stay anywhere else when I return to Pittsburgh.

Overall, this is a nice place to stay. Its above a small hill so from the right room, the view is pleasant. The only low point is that its across a mountain from the city, and city sky-line is not visible. The traffic condition to city is pretty bad, and although the distance to city-center is less than 4 miles the average driving time during the rush hours (at least for me) was around 40 minutes. So plan in advance.
