| Excellent choice. I needed an airport hotel for an overnight stay. Obviously, there are a number of choices at BWI, some slightly less expensive, but this was definitely worth the few extra dollars. My major "have to haves" was a 24 hour shuttle service due to my 12:30 A.M. arrival time. Other hotels indicated this service and there was one (less expensive than the Hampton Inn) that I almost booked but due to another person's review of their bad experience with that hotel's shuttle, I did not. Upon my arrival, I called the Hampton Inn shuttle from the courtesy phone and they were there in a matter of minutes. Same thing on my return to the airport, they did not leave only on pre-determined intervals, but took me back to the airport with a few minutes notice when I was ready to leave. The staff was excellent. Very pleasant and service-oriented. My check-in couldn't have been faster. Since I had called for the shuttle from the airport, the front desk clerk knew I was coming and had my key ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The lobby area is warm and inviting (with a fireplace). The room was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and very very clean. I was especially impressed with the black and beige decor in the bathroom. There were a lot of little extras in amenities that I was not expecting and was very pleasantly surprised.

| The staff was excellent. I had all day Saturday to do nothing because the cruise ship did not leave until Sunday. The staff pointed out an area where I could spend the day, beautiful shopping mall, and they made sure I had a taxi to and from, assured me the fee would be nominal, and it was. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Everything about the place would make me stay there again the next time I go to Baltimore.

| I booked this hotel for overnight accomodations while on a weekend trip to the Baltimore/Washington area. We were very surprised at the convenient location, excellent service and wonderful continental breakfast buffet. This hotel is close to BWI airport, but we would stay again in a heartbeat on our next visit to the area. Kudos!

| If you are looking for a one night, easy in easy out this works as well as any of this type of hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. There is a comfortable, large lobby area with televisions, tables to work on, etc. The "free" high speed Internet service isn't available in all rooms.

| Only negative was the AC unit in the room was a bit noisy, otherwise everything was better than expected, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend. This hotel is designed for BWI travelers, but would also be a convenient and economical choice if you were visiting Baltimore itself.

| Our flight would take off in the evening, but we did not want to carry our luggage all day with us after we checked out. The hotel staff suggested us to leave our luggage there, and they would send the driver to bring our luggage to the airport in the evening. After we called them from the airport, the driver borught our luggage to us within ten minutes! They are so considerate of customers.

| We were so pleased with this hotel, which was a terrific value on Expedia. It was an excellent place to meet friends as we were flying in and out of Baltimore on a trip to Bermuda. It has a beautiful sitting area with fireplace and television just off the lobby. The complimentary breakfasts were a great value too. They even let you invite a friend or two!
