| Not only near a major, noisy intersection, the windows are so old and thin, you can hear everything. The A/C also extremely loud. Hotel is pretty and conveniently located, but slept horribly!

| A lost reservation and 45 minutes to resolve it - Thank You Expedia!; A front desk clerk who could care less; A very hot room (no air running all day) and no hot water; a complete lack of service all around. The only reason I stayed there was because it was late and I was not sure where else to stay in that area of Miami.

| Excellent beds and rooms. TV nice. Pool nice. Kid pool nice. Restaurant leaves a little to be desired, but plenty of others in neighborhood. OfficeMax, Office Depot, Walgreen's, Burger King, and Denny's right next door. Very convenient location, esp. for Sak's 5th Ave and Bal Harbor Mall!
