| Nicd hotel with a courteous staff. Since we travel with younger kids, the free hot breakfast in the morning was a big help. Bacon and sausage, scrambled eggs or made to order omlet, hashbrowns, waffles, etc. Indoor pool was too cold for my liking but the kids liked it. A little noisy (car convention was there when we were) but overall a great stay at a great price.

| We stayed at this hotel for one night and were very impressed. The lobby is very nice, and the rooms very comfortable. The only problem we had was trouble finding the ethernet jack in the room, but it was by the phone. Check-in included two free drinks at the bar and free breakfast in the morning. This was extremely convenient. The breakfast was the best one on our vacation. It included an omlette bar and fresh waffles. There was also an assortment of bagels, cereals, and hot breakfast foods. We would definitely stay here again.

| This hotel's room accommodations were basic. However, it did offer a nice indoor pool for the kids, as well as exercise room that has a glass wall so parents can oversee the pool area. In addition, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hallways were monitored for security. It is located on a busy street close to most everything.

| The food was excellent (loved the breakfast buffet), the rooms were quiet, the service was efficient, and the staff was friendly. It was easy to get around Albuqueque from the location and I will definitely stay at the MCM Elegante when visiting Albuquerque on future trips. The only things that detracted from the hotel's overall rating for me were the AC unit - it cycled off and on very loudly and woke me up often, and the out of order elevator by the rear entrance. This elevator was out of service for all but one day of our stay requiring us to use the stairs (good exercise anyway) or the front elevator and parking lot.

| Wow! That pretty much sums it up! My husband and I decided to take a trip on down to Albuquerque and we made a great decision when we picked MCM to stay at. They were very friendly, and helped us find good restaurants around the area. The cocktails available for free each night were so nice, as well as the huge breakfast available to us each day. It was great to wake up there every morning and have wonderful service and food. The breakfast foods that were available each morning were: bacon, sausage, waffles, an omelet station, bagels, muffins, toast, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, orange juice, coffee, many types of cereal and fruit. The room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure(hard to find at some hotels!). We took advantage of the indoor pool during our stay as well. The hotel also has a gift shop, which is great if you forget to pack something, or need to pick something up for someone during your stay! My husband and I have no complaints! We definitely recommend this hotel if you plan on staying in Albuquerque!

| We needed a hotel in Albuquerque for a family reunion. My girlfriend is addicted to swimming. The MCM has an indoor pool that was clean--it was perfect. There were also vouchers for their breakfast bar, a good hearty breakfast. The hotel was a great location at a good price, and nicer than I expected.

| The hotel is fine for a business trip. It is located conveniantly in the business area, but a car rental is preferred due to the distance from the airport and limited taxi service. The hotel offers a free continental breakfast as well as a drink from the bar. Nice touches. Staff is pleasant; rooms are fine.

| The room and bathrooms were clean and neat. There are no extravagances, but all serviceable. The exception was the restaurant. Actually the food was fine, but the service was deplorable. It took forever to be waited on, forever for drinks to arrive, forever for the food to be served. A simple meal took well over two hours to be consumed - not because it was so elegantly served but because they simply took too long. So, stay here, eat elsewhere.

| I knew as soon as I walked into the lobby that I was going to have problems with this hotel. Five people were waiting in line, and when it was my turn, I was ignored by the hotel staff until I asked to check in. I was then told that, though I requested a king bed, my boyfriend and I were being given a room with two double beds. I was unhappy about this, but the hotel did nothing to accomodate our needs, not even offering us an apology. I then took a hotel map and put it on top of my stack of papers containing my hotel reservations, etc., The man at the front desk mistakenly thought that I had taken the entire pile of hotel maps, and yelled at me as I walked away, "You can't take the whole stack!" I was mortified, as I had done nothing wrong, and informed him that I had only taken one map. Overall, my boyfriend and I were so disappointed with our stay here. The room was clean, but old, and the bathroom door didn't lock. The sink didn't drain properly. The beds, though small, were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. However, when we had to get our breakfast tickets, the girl at the front desk was rude and asked to see our ID's. I felt that the hotel staff tried to be as unaccommodating to us as possible. I don't recommend this hotel at all. The unfriendly treatment I received at this hotel was upsetting and ruined a good deal of time on my vacation. All I received here was aggravation. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere when visiting beautiful Albuquerque.

| We selected this hotel based on the fact that it had a 3-star rating. Apparently that's not always reliable. While the rooms were in decent shape, the bathrooms were badly in need of renovation and a thorough cleaning. Mold and mildew were prevalent, the ceiling was in disrepair, as were the vanities. When we asked to move to a better room, it was the same or worse. Then, the door handle to the room didn't work properly and when we went to the pool, the spa had no water and had a sign saying it was out of order for an extended period of time. I would have rated the hotel as maybe 1.5 stars and would stay somewhere else in the future.

The 1st morning we made coffee in room and my husband rinsed out the coffee pot. When we got in after all the meetings, there was no more coffee left for later use and our cups were not washed and the old coffee filter was still in the pot. I was very disappointed.
