| The hotel advertised that they had free "parking" and shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle was more than accomodating; however, free parking meant only over night. The reason most vacationers stay overnight at a hotel the night before travel is to have a place to park the car during travel and most hotels grant what they advertise. Unfortunately, the clerk at the front desk was nothing short of rude and had a "oh well" attitude.

| We were a little unsure about this hotel when we first purchased the expedia package but for our purposes (just a place to sleep while visiting family) it worked just fine.

| I was very impressed with the friendliness and kindness of the staff. They were very accommodating to our needs. They did everything to make our 4 day stay the best possible. We had a very nice room, and I highly recommend this hotel.

| A rather new facility with clean, spacious rooms and a friendly staff. The motel offers a shuttle to the airport. I was told that the Master Hosts chain was being absorbed by the Best Western chain, so expect a name change. Across the street is a Legal Seafoods restaurant with an enormous menu. Surprisingly, I never heard a single plane land or take off during my entire 3 night visit. From the airport, you can take an airport shuttle into Providence (as far as the Brown University campus) for $9.

| I was very satisfied with my stay and I was extremely impressed by the service of the front desk staff. Only drawback is that it is so close to the airport, you can hear all the planes.

| The Park and Fly program is great - very convenient. My non-smoking room smelled smokey or musty. The hotel is in the middle of renovations, so I'm going to cut them some slack and stay with them again. Overall, a good stay.
