| Located within a few blocks of the Dupont Circle METRO stop, this hotel is easy to access from either road, rail, or air travel to our nation's capital city. Excellent staff and service. Our bed was one of the most comfotable we have used at home or otherwise.

| I was very comfortable in this hotel. The room was small but convenient for what I wanted. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service is excellent. I found this hotel to be a good value, given the reasonable price for a room of this quality.

| Sophisticated Hotel. Excellent service. Courteous. The tempurpedic beds were heavenly. Yes, the bathrooms were small but very clean with Bath and Body products. You are about 3 blocks from Dupont Circle where the metro can be picked up. Also, I highly recommend the restaurant "Afterwards" for lunch or dinner at the circle. Overall very satisfied. Will go back!

| My boyfriend and I went to DC to visit family and see some of the museums and monuments. We were pleased with the hotel, it was comfortable and clean. They had great soaps from Bath and Body Worrks, too. We were within a quick walk of the Metro at Dupont Circle (lots of good resteraunts there), and could walk to the White House in just fifteen minutes. Great place to stay for the money, but parking a car here is almost $30 a night. We just took the Metro everywhere and saved some money (it's impossible to park in DC anyway).

| Overall, we really liked the hotel. Location is great for downtown DC sightseeing! The "TemperPedic" matress was interesting. It was comfortable, but different. Bedding and decorations were nice in the room. Bathroom, especially tub/shower, was small...which led to a few elbow knocks into the soap dish. But they offered Bath & Body Works products, which was a nice touch. Restaurant was decorated in a sophisticated style, but the menu is small and a little pricy. Also, the waiter was a little misleading in our ordering, so it cost a bit more than we anticipated. Overall, a nice hotel in a good location. Would definitely stay there again. We thought it was a good value.

| The hotel is extremely well situated near Scott Circle only about four or five blocks from a metro station and the White House. It was very clean and kept that way by the staff...we were there for eight nights. The hotel is a renovation and so it has one problem. The inexpensive rooms are small. However the value ratio is good. The house restaurant is very good. Service there was exceptional for the one meal we ate there. Service was generally friendly if not perfectly competent. I never did get my safe open by maintenance. Not really a major problem.

| The hotel is very comforting, tempurpedic mattress, nice lounge and friendly service, I did find that it took a few too many calls to get room service. The hotel is located just north of Layfette park so you are centrally located to all the attractions, dinning, and local pubs. The hotel offers a complimentary car, rides are free but limited to the DC area. Transportation is easy cabs are everywhere and the subway is just a few blocks away, if you feel like huffing it, the DC attractions are just a short walk away.

| This is a wonderful hotel just a short walk from Dupont Circle and the metro. Our room was very clean and well appointed, but no great view. The bathroom was a bit smaller than you would expect...but clean. The tempurpedic bed was wonderful! Room sevice and front desk service was very good. Getting around DC was cheaper than we had expected...taxi fares are very reasonable for a large city. Getting to the major attractions in DC cost $9-$10. We ate at the 18Ria one night: the food was good, but the service was definitely not "top notch" (our experience). Ordering room service is NOT a good option... breakfast for 2 (eggs/bacon + muffins) cost us $40 one morning...go out and get breakfast elsewhere! Overall, a very nice hotel with good service, clean rooms, and great location.

| My boyfriend and I just got back from a terrific time in D.C.. This hotel was very nice! I would highly recommend it to others. The beds were soooo comfortable and the hotel is in a great area, very close to Dupont Circle and the White House. So many choices for food and drinks :) The only complaints are that the bathrooms were a little small and the complimentary hotel shuttle was not running during our stay as advertised. Overall, very nice place!

| We noticed our toilet was starting to flood the bathroom a few mintues before we were going to leave for dinner. The maintenance man did not fix the toilet or even let us know he didn't fix the toilet...all he did was turn off the water line to the toilet. Every time we had to use the restroom we had to turn on the water and so it would flood the bathroom. Pretty gross. On the positive side, they have the temperpedic beds (like the ones at Brookstone) so I had a fantastic night sleep.
