| Parking in the deck is very limited and very tight. At $14/day one has the right to expect that parking will be both available and accessable. Spaces are very small and people are allowed to park in non-designated areas causing great difficulty getting in and out of spaces.

| I think that this hotel has better rooms but gives the lets call them lesser rooms to the people who purchase at a discount on the internet. I have stayed in many of the local hotels in St Louis and for the rating of Adam's Mark the room we recieved was more like a 21/2 star.

| The day we checked out, 5 of their valets had not come to work, they only had two people trying to get cars. We waited over 45 minutes for our car and barely made our flight. Make sure you make time allowances for things like this-we didn't! Otherwise, it was a great stay.

| The entire experience was fantastic. From check in to check out the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They even recommended to us to go to the Ribfest going on that we didn't know about. It was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to quite a few sites. Would stay there again with no question.

| The room with one king bed was pretty small but extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower and bathroom faucet was awesome. Staff was friendly. Pool was fun and had an attendant on duty. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious - a little pricey if you're looking for a bargain meal, and places to eat within walking distance are very hard to find. Word of advice: check your invoice when you check out. Staff made an error and charged me twice for parking - also a little pricey ($12.00 - guest overnight parking rate).

| Great hotel and location. You cant beat it for convienece to the arch. The view from almost every room was good. However the beds were very unconfortable.(Bring your own Pillow), the porter service was a little agressive and the pool attendant was sleeping on the towels at the desk while kids were playing in the pool and there were no towels for the guests. All and all a good hotel except for the afore mentionsd items.

| Hotel lobby and view from our room was beautiful. Room could've been cleaner, but beds were comfortable. $15 to park overnight, pretty pricey. Room service was outrageous expensive, would've cost $80 for breakfast for the four of us (just to have an omlet and juice). Don't know if we'd go back...

| Perfect location for all that St. Louis has to offer. Short distance from Union Station, not too far from Forest Park area. Room was nice and we had a great view of the Arch out of our window! The only set back was no parking available in the hotel garage "except" for valet parking and had to park in Mansion Garage 2 blocks away..BUT it was only $3.00 for the night! So that was worth the walk. I'll be back!

| Beds were wayyyyy too small. My fiancee is 6'2" and I am 5'3" and we were struggling to find room to sleep in the same bed together. Hotel does not provide many amenities in the room. No shower cap in the hotel gift shop or in the room!!! Was told at 3pm that the housekeepers left at 1pm and my room may not have been made up that day!! The valet guy at 4am was irritated that we lost our valet ticket. The concierge and the front desk people were nice at times. Guy at check-in gave us an EXCELLENT VIEW of the St. Louis Arch in our room. Overall I felt really cramped up in this room for my 5-Day stay. I wish the beds were bigger, there was more room, and the staff was just a tad bit nicer, seeing as it was the Holidays and all! the VP Ball was also the night that we checked in. It took us 30 minutes to get to valet parking and to get into our rooms. It took another 15 minutes to get on to an elevator. Bell staff was great and attentive!

| Good location, but... A beautiful lobby which cannot be enjoyed because of the tremendous amount of cigarette smoke eminating from every bar surrounding it. Leaving the lobby & walking the long winding corridors to your room you notice the stained carpet and very noisy housekeeping staff. The hall ways were ALWAYS clogged with housekeeping carts & room service trays of dirty dishes. The room was comfortable but our "view" of the arch was really spoiled by our view of the roof top of the hotel (between the two wings of the hotel) with all the debris piled on it. Quite a conundrum, this hotel.

| We could walk to the Arch and Laclede's Landing, which made it very convenient. However, when we checked into our rooms, the tub in one of the bathrooms was filthy. It took three tries before we could get someone from housekeeping to clean it. (First they brought us more room keys. We said no, we needed the bathtub cleaned. Next they sent maintenance to unstop the toilet, then finally they called housekeeping to scub the tub.) Other than that incident, the rooms were large, and comfortable.

| I picked this hotel strictly because I heard it was the best place to stay in St. Louis. It was a really nice place to stay and we got a really decent price to stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. The staff was willing to help us out with any information that was needed. Bed was really comfortable and the room itself was clean, but it was smaller than expected. It was really noisy while we were there, but the had some kind of a DJ thing going on in the hotel. Next time I visit St. Louis, I will go back!

| While the exterior of the hotel, and the lobby area, were nice, the sleeping rooms were reminiscent of the early 70's. The bathroom, doors, etc. were very outdated. The hotel is in need of drastic renovation for the rooms. The lobby is very elegantly decorated; however, since we spent most of our time in the rooms, we were disappointed. Also, the rooms are very small.

| The lobby is lovely, and the location (right at the foot of the Arch) is great, but the rest of the Adams Mark was pretty lackluster. Service at the desk ranged from very good to adequate, and the service I received at Chestnuts, one of the in-hotel restaurants, was pretty horrible. I had to wait 25 minutes for them to get my check right! Overall, not a horrid experience, but I won't exactly be rushing back, either
