| The lobby of the hotel was great, however the rooms were not all that clean and the remodeling job that was done left debri and remnants of paint etc in sink, tub and floor. The cleanliness was less than desirable in the room and to get housekeeping to come to give you towels etc that were not in the room took over an hour, and don't expect clean sheets. Manager would not return call and the whole customer service aspect was very much lacking. The worst part was the restaurant staff, they ask for food alergies and then promptly disregard the information filling your food with what ever it is you warned them about. When told, they seemed not to care at all. Tables dirty and it took a long time to get service let alone food and we were the sole people in the entire restaurant.

| The time we spent at the hotel was minimal but everything was clean and fresh. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy all the outside amenites offered by the hotel.

| Hotel rooms need updating. The furniture in the rooms really needs to be replaced (chair and sofa).The room was clean and efficient. The water pressure in the shower was great.Also the staff was extremely courteous and helpful.The lobby was lovely and a nice place to sit and relax. As well the pool area and gazebo were lovely.
