| I was put in the motor lodge, instead of the main hotel. A/C was broken, room was beat up. Door looked like it had been kicked in before. The main hotel and casino was fine, but the motor lodge rooms are terrible.

| The sheets and towels were clean, but don't walk on the carpet barefooted unless you are headed for the shower because the carpet was 'that' dirty. The room I had first, had a ceiling leak at one time and smelled of mold. The second was better, so be prepared to ask for a change of room if needed. The pool isn't worth the effort it takes to get there it is so small.

| We were surprised that it was so clean, the only thing that was not in our favor was they gave us 2 queen beds instead of 1 king, we could have change the next day when a king became availble, but we didnt want the hassel. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We would go back to the Atlantis, if we are ever in the area again.

| Once we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly valet and then checked in and experienced a knowledgeable front desk assoc. that accommodated my entire request. The staff at the casino was also friendly but yet very professional... It was so, very comforting to know that I was in a fun but yet relaxing resort. Would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family!

| I have stayed in reno many times and this was the nicest room at a good rate. Spacious room, lovely furnishings. room service was quick and the food including restaurants is good. It was a holiday weekend and my room was not available yet at checkin time with a moderate wait but otherwise I would definitely stay here again. i was also in a dead spot for the wireless internet service.

| The staff of this hotel is very friendly and accomodating. They made us feel like they truly appreciated our business and were there to see that we we happy during our stay. I would say that this is the most customer friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The restaurants we patronized, Purple Parrot (twice), Cafe Alfresco (twice) and the Oyster Bar all served excellent, reasonably priced food. The dealers at the blackjack tables were friendly and we appreciated the no-smoking tables. We only wish there were more no-smoking areas in the casino. We did not use the pool so I can't comment, but if you are planning a pedicure in the spa, I would recommend that you get one before you arrive. I wish the slots had been friendlier, but when I come back I will stick with the tables.

| I found the price of food in the hotel so unreasonable that I went elsewhere to eat. The Flamingo Food Court at the Peppermill has excellent food and much better prices. There was no coffee maker in the room. We have come to expect it. The Casino is a jungle to traverse (we are not gamblers), but if some people like to throw their money away, they are free to do so.

| I pulled in late (about midnight). At first I was a little put off because there was a 3 dollar power usage fee that was NOT included in wat I paid expedia. BUT -- I was automatically upgraded to a nicer tower, the room was VERY comfy and pretty roomy too. I stay in reno about 4 times a year and usually just go with what's cheapest because I just pass through. The comfortable beds and general cleanliness have earned my return business.

Next time, I would definitely stay in the tower area rather than the lodge area which I did not realize was separate and apart from the casino, parking and the walk were inconvenient.

| The Atlantis is conveniently located with respect to Reno Airport and is right next door to the Convention Center. The design and amenities are quite good. I stayed in the motor lodge annex which is rather like the hotel's ugly step-child. The annex seems ancient with some very aged stairs leading to the second floor. Rooms were modern and comfortable however. Next time I'll stay in the main building though. Trekking across the parking lot to get the the main hotel/casino got old after a while. Restaurants were very good although a bit pricey. View from the sky terrace was incredible. I recommend the Atlantis highly and will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Reno.

| Previous reviews recommended the tower over the motor lodge. A little easier to use the pool and workout facilities. We chose a royal dolphin room and it was nothing too special. Carved dolphin chair/bed posts and marble in the bathroom. Choose a regular room in the tower. There were a few nickle and dime charges that do add up. A daily electric surcharge and workout/weightroom facility fee (if you use the workout room). Pool/Hot tub no charge. The indoor pool was nice and the outdoor pool just opened for the summer season. The workout facility was nice and the buffet was first class!

| We checked into this hotel at about 8 o'clock on a Thursday. Not one person was behind the counter, but, there were about 6 customers in line. 15 minutes later, one person came out and started helping. Went to dinner after this, but, all of the restaurants except for a fast food place and the coffee shop were closed. Went on Friday night for dinner at 9, the restaurants were booked and all except for the coffee shop and the sandwich place were closing at 10. Waited in line for the slot club for a half an hour, the wait was at least another half an hour, so I left. One person was servicing all of the customers in line, as usual with this place, and there were two people just standing there doing nothing but chatting. While the hotel's clean, expect waits here on everything that you want to do. And, what a disappointment in the restaurants closing down so early. With lines, you'd think that they'd want to extend their hours, it's not like they didn't have any customers and were shutting down. We were here with a group of about 10 people. They all had the same reactions. In fact, we were the only ones who didn't complain enough to get sent to the hotel's tower concierge level. Maybe we should have...

| Booked through Expedia, and was placed in the Atlantis Annex. Hotel may be fine but you do not want to get a room in the Annex. This is a motor lodge accommodation - very undesirable unless you like living in the 1960's. Also front desk staff are very slow in checking in. Long lines and long check in process.

Because there were no available rooms with double beds in the lodge annex, the hotel manager gave us a room in the main tower. It was very generous. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Also nice, it was NOT located in downtown Reno, so it was more peaceful than being right in the center of everything.

| I stayed on business so the casino was secondary. The buffet was out of this world and carried a price tag to go with it. The staff was friendly but for what ever reason I was given a room with 3 windows and 3 elevators going by all day and night. It was distracting with the windows open because it darkened the room and I felt a wiz and vibration constantly. Also being a casino and raking up tons of dough by the minute I could not believe they charged for internet service. Beware of those 2 issues otherwise it was an okay stay.
