| This is the only place I would stay in when visiting the Palm Springs area. The property is wonderful. It has everything to offer and the staff was exceptional. I can not wait to return. Loved IT!!!

| When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby was beautiful and the staff friendly. When we arrived in our room, we instantly knew it was a smoking room. We had asked for a non-smoking room however, when we complained we were told there were no non-smoking rooms available. We had no cold water at the bathroom sink and the rooms themselves need updating. We expected alot more for the price. We can say, the staff (especially valet) was wonderful.

| I wouldn't think of staying at another Palm Springs hotel! It is simply gorgeous. What immediately comes to mind is the friendly staff and excellent service. Bravo. The rooms are lovely, clean, and well-maintained. The room service menu offers lots of choices,the meals are delicious, and delivered quickly with a friendly smile. For you chocolate lovers, try the chocolate opera cake! Conference facilities are comfortable and run efficiently. This oasis in the desert is rivaled by none.
