My wife and I stayed at the Radisson Boston Hotel in May of 2006. We were in Boston for the weekend for a Red Sox game. The Radisson is conveniently located to eveywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were very clean and the service was great. The beds in the rooms were adjustable to our comfort and our room had a balcony that overlooked the city. I would highly recommend the Radisson as it is the hotel that we will return to for our future trips to Boston.

I had stayed at this nicely located hotel before. It is always clean and convenient to where you need to go in Boston. It is reasonably priced also. This time I was so happy with the room. They have Sleep Number beds and lovely linens. It was an enjoyable place. Quiet. I would go back there anytime. Parking is convenient too. The cost for parking is $20 a day for in and out, reasonable for Boston. Highly recommended.

I selected this hotel based on reviews I read on Expedia. The reviews were accurate and reflected in my remarks. The locaction is excellent if you are sightseeing Boston, Freedom Trail etc. Located in the Back Bay a block from Boston Common etc. Room was spotless. Fresh all white bathroom sparkled, carpets, linens and bedclothes fresh and clean. Vaildated parking was part of my Expedia booked reservation and that worked great. Parking is in the building. I don't use hotel services much so they weren't really tested but all the check-in/out stuff was swift and simple. Had a good view of Back Bay area of Boston. Hotel is a trolley tour stop and ticketing area. Two double beds. Only thing I would ask for is a big chair for wathcing TV. I don't always want to be in bed when watching. Had desk or side chairs that were okay. I have no complaints and recommend this hotel. Went with kids but we didn't get to the pool so can't comment.

Reasonable price-location tradeoff for a hotel in Boston. Close to public transport, walking distance to most areas of interest. Hotel is located at the intersection of the "good" and "ok" side of town, so be mindful when walking late at night, though Boston is really quite safe. Hotel staff seem to be bored college kids - probably because it is summer. Otherwise, room is well kept.

My overall experience was good. However, there were renovations taking place and the room assigned to me was very near the extremely noisy renovation site. It would have been nice to be given a choice of a quieter location within the hotel. Concierge service needs improvement. One man sent me in the opposite direction from where I had asked to be directed and another didn't bother to return a call I made to him. I will return to the hotel because it is in a great location and everyone deserves a second chance.

Since the recent reno, the rooms here are fresh and modern. The best feature is the sleep number bed with down duvet and pillows. The beds truly do adjust to everyone's individual comfort. The crisp white bathrooms are bit small with a couple design flaws. A towel racks or hook by the sink are sorely needed and the lovely marble counter has a few inches of space on either side making it easy for items to fall down like a toiletry bag. The waffle weave bathrobes are a nice touch. Room service was fine for breakfast but they no longer serve the advertised Starbucks. The only area in need of a facelift is the pool area and changing rooms. the pool although not deep enough for diving is adequate and the adjoining roof sundeck would be enjoyable on a sunny day. The location is convenient and a short walk to the historic Boston Comman park. We booked two rooms for ourselves and 2 kids who loved the hotel. We would definitely stay here again especially with the excellent rate we got.

Room was great. Nice balcony view of the airport. They have the video games for the kids built into the TV. Everything was clean in the room. The pool was just the right temp to feel perfectly neutral when jumping in. Not overly chlorinated...I was worried there wasn't enough, but, we suffered no ill effects from the pool, which is a good sign. The food and drink are served up in a very nice restaurant/bar with a great outdoor seating area located 1 flight above the street. All of the staff were very personable and courteous.

Location, location, location. Thr location of this hotel is about as good as it gets. It is central to just about anywhere in the city. The tour bus stops there and you are within walking distance to all of the sights. There are plenty of places to eat within 100 yards. The rooms are large with good views and the staff was well trained and helpful. The price was right and it is easy to get to the hotel from the airport on the subway. You will not need a car unless you plan on leaving the city. The poll was clean and functional but old. Chinatown was very close and very interesting to walk through.

We went to see one of the last shows of The Lion King. The Opera House is only a few blocks walk away. The hotel's inside parking is very convenient, and the downtown location makes it easy to walk where you want to go. Everyone on the staff we talked to was friendly, courteous and helpful. We loved our balcony and the view from our top floor room. We had a great dinner before the show, and a great breakfast the next morning, at the Cafe on the mezzanine. Our 8-year old daughter loved the pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. We liked having the pool on its own floor just an elevator ride away, with no traipsing through the lobby in wet suits. About the only problem we had was finding an ice machine. We all had a relaxing, fun time, and will plan on staying there for our next visit to Boston.
