| I'm a frequent traveler to Puerto Vallarta and have stayed at many hotels, but one hotel in particular that I find myself coming back to is Velas Vallarta. For overall service, confort and beauty I consider Velas Vallarta one of my favorites and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta!

| We stayed at the Velas during Thanksgiving Week and this was the best vacation we have had. Unlike what everyone else mentioned, the service was excellent, food was excellent, activities at the hotel was great. We were never bothered by anyone for timeshare. The hotel asked us if we will be interested in sitting through a presentation, but that was it.I must say that the service industry in the US can learn a thing or two from the Mexicans. Their service was very prompt and quick and they always had smiling faces, and eager to please. Food and Drinks were abundant and never had to ask for refills, since they were ready to serve as much as you want.Overall, Velas Vallarta was an excellent choice and would go back in a heart beat. I would recommend this place to anyone.
