| Small hotel with small rooms but a great staff. Clean too. Nice surrounding neighborhood and the embassies for other nations make it interesting for the curious. On street parking is non-existent and beneath hotel is very tight so don't get a small rental car or take a cab. Remote from Smithsonian and Capitol so allow 30 minutes driving time. Construction next door was respectful. Overall great value.

| We checked in around 11PM, and obviously the front desk was not busy at all. There were 2 employees behind the counter and it took them 20 minutes to check us in. We went out to some bars for a while and returned to the hotel around 3AM. To get into the front and only door, you had to buzz the front desk (which called the phone there). There was nobody at the desk and we waited outside on the street for 45 minutes!! We called the hotel, buzzed the front desk, and banged on every door and window near the front desk and nobody ever responded. And finally when the employee came, after 45 minutes, and let us in all he had to say was "Sorry, I was doing something." I'm sorry but if I pay for a hotel, I expect to be able to get to my room when I want to, not have to wait outside on a street in DC at 3AM for 45 minutes.

| Jury's Normandy Inn is a delightful boutique hotel in wonderful location - easy walking distance to the DuPont Circle Metro and lovely Emabassy Row. We knew there was no restaurant, only continental breakfast service, but most mornings we found it was often too-crowded, that is, too long of a wait for toast & coffee. The service from the desk was very good. The hotel was charming and the room was comfortable, although the view was very disappointing especially, since we booked our trip a month in advance. The cleanliness of the room was fine with the exception of the carpeting. My white socks, after walking around the room, became noticibly dark grey.

| This hotel's location is probably its best feature. The rooms were average, the price was right, but it's only a place to sleep, right? It was close to every kind of restaurant imaginable--we ate Italian, Mexican, and sandwich places. It's about 6 blocks from the Metro station at DuPont Circle, so that was nice for getting around the city.

| Booked a room for two nights at Jurys Normandy Inn to attend a conference in DC. Nice location, fun to walk around. Near Dupont Circle and Adam Morgan area. Booked for two full beds but got a king bed instead. Management offered to transfer us to a different room with two beds for the second night. Ended up staying in the same room (king bed was huge so it wasn't a problem). Nice and comfortable furniture. Helpful staff.

| I had a business meeting near DuPont Circle and booked the Jurys Normandy for one reason: all of the other options were exorbitantly priced. Some of the reviews suggested that there was noisy construction going on, so I took a chance. I found the hotel perfectly adequate, but very limited in its amenities. It offers a continental breakfast for a modest cost, but no other food service. No gym, no pool, no anything, really, except a reasonably comfortable, clean room. The desk service was polite and competent. During my stay I requested a change in my room (the first one was fine, but I needed two doubles instead of a queen) and there was no problem. The walk to DuPont Circle takes about ten to fifteen minutes. There was apparently some constuction going on on the adjacent building, but I was not at the hotel during the day, so I heard nothing; at night there was no street noise. In short, the place is fine if price is very important to you. I'd stay there agin if the pricing situation were the same, but have no reason to if I can find another place closer to my meeting at the same price.

| This hotel has no amenities except great service, nice rooms and lovely views. The simple continental breakfast is ideal and there are so many places to eat in the neighborhood...one doesn't need a restaurant or room service. I loved this place and can't wait to try other Jury Hotels.

Limited parking on site but garage available at sister property one block away. Cozy public areas with overstuffed funriture for hanging out and large screen television. Continental breakfast included in room rate or available for nomical charge with good fresh coffee and hot crossaints. I would return and suggest to others.

| Our stay was excellent. I felt like I was in a 4 star hotel with the way we were treated and the accomodations provided. The property was well maintained, the staff was formal and friendly, and the room was exactly as pictured, quaint and clean with everything we needed. The mattress was firm, but nothing I couldn't handle. Also, restaurants and shopping were easily within walking distance.

| This is a cute little hotel, undoubtedly one of the cozier places to stay in the D.C. area. The location is convenient to the Dupont Circle area (including night-time dining spots)and also to Connecticut Avenue west of Rock Creek Park. The neighborhood has an international flavor: many of the nearby structures are consulates and chancery buildings. In terms of location, service, and amenities, Normandy Inn provides quite good value (i.e., at the online booking rate). Our room was clean and attractive, with all the customary features; and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. One nice touch was the afternoon/ early evening coffee & tea service in the lobby. Travelers should be forewarned, however, that: (1) the mattresses are less comfortable than the norm in American hotels; and (2) parking is not so easy (very few spaces available in the garage or on the street). If you think you may have trouble dropping off to sleep on a not-so-soft mattress, or if you have a car and don't relish the prospect of hunting for a parking space at a distance from the hotel, you might do well to seek other lodging.

| We stayed at the Jurys Normandy for one night and absolutely loved it. The price was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, and the tea and cookies in the lobby hit the spot. My only complaint was that the hallway was very warm. When we had trouble with our key they were very accomadating and although the parking lot was very small we never had difficulty finding a spot. The location is very convenient and we walked or took the metro. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in D.C.

| The hotel was nicely furnished. The room was small but charming. It all has a home-like atmosphere. And as at home we sometimes air condition just the bedrooms, so we noticed that the corridors were pretty warm in Washington summer heat, while the room was nicely cooled -- more that might be comfortable to some, just right for us.

| While not a luxury accomodation, we found this hotel to be comfortable and quiet, located in a neighborhood of embassies and beautiful homes. The room was not large but certainly comfortable, and very clean. The sitting areas adjacent to the lobby were very pleasant and breakfast was offered at a reasonable cost. We like to walk so the trek to and from Dupont Metro was fine and there are lots of good restaurants in the area. The parking garage is small and a little tricky depending on your vehicle. The staff was helpful and friendly. The convenience of being in the District itself was great. We would likely stay there again.

I will definitely stay here again!
