| Check in took less than 2 minutes, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, the pool area had beautiful plantings. We were very impressed for a chain hotel in this price range.

| The hotel had beautiful lanscaping and everything was clean. The staff was very helpful and immediately solved a problem with the air conditioning. I would recommend it to anyone.

| Great breakfast; tropical plants; nice pool; very quiet; If you need to be in this end of St. Petersburg (very industrial/commercial), the hotel is very convenient.

| The hotel was kinda old. It was very clean, and has been recently updated in many ways. The service was wonderful. The courtyard view was wonderful as well. The pictures on Expedia.com showed the hotel very well.

| Even though the hotel states that they are five miles from the downtown, please note that this hotel is not located near any of St. Pete's famous beaches nor is the five miles considered any kind of walking distance to the downtown area or pier. Even though there is a nearby city bus stop, it took us nearly three hours from the hotel to make all of the bus transfers to get us to a St. Pete beach.Our room mattresses were thin and not firm; the bathtub was grimed with a dark residue. The chaise chairs around the pool area were badly mildewed.

| Great Budget Priced Hotel. However, I would spend more to stay somewhere else. The hotel seemed to attract a not so family friendly crowd. The service was great and the room was clean.

| The room was very clean, with a very large bathroom. The AC unit was quiet and functional, and the 2nd story rooms have vaulted ceilings giving a much larger feel to the room.

| The room was very satisfactory.......comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous, and helpful. My ONLY complaint with the room was in the shower...it needed to have the mold cleaned from the tile, TILEX works great, but that had nothing to do with how the shower functioned. Overall, I would give them a 4.5 on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being excellant. It was very pleasurable.

| I didn't know what to expect, as I booked the reservations on-line and had never seen the hotel. But, I was delighted, both by the room and by the hotel staff. The front-desk folks went out of their way to help me find my way around St. Pete. They were both friendly and fun. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!
