| I stayed at this hotel with my mother, daughter and two grandchild and the staff did everything possible to accommodate us. The restaurant staff was very good and patient with the children. They bought them crayons and allowed them to color on the table. They changed our order a couple of times with smiles on their faces. I would stay there over and over again. There kindness, warmth and friendliness impressed me to the point that I will only stay there when I travel to Atlanta.

| When first assigned a room that smelled like cigarrette smoke, the staff were most apologetic and moved my immediately to a very comfortable room with club privilages.

| A party of five took 90 minutes to eat at their "fine dining" restaurant on site. The service was horrible. The prices were high and while the food was ok it was not a pleasant experience or what I feel was worth the money. The restaurant was no where near capacity it was just poorly run. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks, another 15 for the salads and then at least 30 minutes for the entree. At the very end of the meal when the bill was presented the bread came!

| Room was comfy, but the bathroom was a little cramped. The highlight was the super comfy bed! Restaurant service was a little hit and miss, although not as bad as other hotels' service that we encountered while in Atlanta.

| Hotel stay was comforting, could have used a microwave and mini frig. Parking was fairly expensive $15 daily, good thing was you could go in and out on that one day charge.

| The hotel itself was beautiful! The room was nice and the bed was one of the MOST comfortable I have ever slpet in. The service was fantastic and pool, beautiful. The only complaint I have is the noise outside of our room was pretty bad. I could hear the people in the next room and anyone in the hallway.

| I liked the fact that as soon as my guest and I arrived, we were treated like family! Everyone was pleasant and considerate. I didn't feel like I was from out-of-town, I felt more like I lived there (Atlanta, GA) and have been there for years. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will be sure to visit again.

| It truely was the best service I have ever had, bar none! I will always stay at Sheraton Atlanta Downtown! Fandangles Restaurant has THE BEST prime rib in the city. Eat early! They run out quick.

| The Sheraton Atlanta is a good hotel if you need one downtown and just need a room for sleeping. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I had an order mix-up and late delivery with room service and the hotel quickly, easily honored their "service promise". I would suggest requesting a room by the pool courtyard.

| Very clean. The in room food service was good, but the food was marginal. The after 10P menu was different than the evening menu and you could only get certain things atr certain times. Kitchen not willing to work with you. The hotel staff was great. Very nice staff.
