| We were very impressed by this hotel. The free parking is a great idea, since you pay for parking anywhere else you take your car in the city. The room was a good size for being downtown. The pool was great too. The only thing that bothered us was that the black-out curtains didn't cover the entire window. We were facing Ohio Street and the biggest McDonalds I've ever seen. Some light came into the room all night, which made it a little hard to sleep. For the price, I don't think this hotel can be beat.

| My overall stay was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the temperature of the hot water....it never got hot. I was there in the middle of March and being from CA was not used to the cold temperature (it was in the 30's). Not sure if it was in the wing that I was in or that the pipes were not insulated but it took and extremely long time for the hot water to get warm and it stayed warm.. Great location ..good price for the room .

| Rather than share a postage-stamp sized room at the Palmer House where I was attending a conference, my wife, daughter and I stayed here. The location is great, in the River North entertainment area near the Hard Rock, Rainforest Cafe, etc. Just a few blocks from Michigan Avenue shopping, and close to subway and busses. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and though the conceirge may not be as well connected as in some of the bigger hotels, they were always happy to help.

| This hotel was a little worn and definitely low end. My room was small. But it was clean, reasonably quiet, and had some nice amenities like coffee maker and iron/ironing board. It was close to everything I wanted to do in Chicago. For the price, was a good value.

| I lived in the city for ten years and so I am well aware there are many sub-standard hotels. I took a chance this time because I was on a tighter budget...and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. It is centrally located for walking anywhere on Michigan Avenue, the financial district or River North areas.

| After researching several hotels in the downtown Chicago area, my girlfriend and I chose this one for our vacation to the Windy City after reading all the positive reviews. Now that our vacation is over, I feel obligated to let everyone know that this is indeed a great hotel and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a nice comfortable place to stay for a very reasonable price, and FREE PARKING! Since we had a car, we had to automatically factor in the price of parking at all the other hotels into the total price of the trip (which can add up pretty quickly when you're staying for a whole week!). Subtract that expense, and add the convenience of the location, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms (which were also surprisingly quite stylish), and the already comparatively low nightly rate, and you get a package that can't be beaten! The beds were extremely comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the maids only come to clean the room when you tell them to, instead of them annoying you with that loud knock at 9 in the morning while you're trying to sleep in after that late night you just had out on the town. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I decide to visit the great city of Chicago!

| The staff were excellent at making us feel welcome. My mother and daughter were with me and my mom needed the use of her walker. All check-in service was great, all maintenance staff and garage attendants were positive and friendly to us when we saw them throughout our stay. The pool was clean and well-maintained. It was the hottest day on record when we went in July and everyone still managed to be courteous. Though there are several eating establishments around, McD's, Rainforest Cafe', HardRock Cafe' and many others across the street, we ate a couple of times at their restaurant. Excellent quality, flavor and price. Can't beat free parking because you don't even need to use your car with the trolley around the corner and taxi's so cheap. I will come back here to see family again and visit some of the other attractions. The Shedd's Aquarium is fascinating.

| This Hotel has easy access from the freeway and yes parking is free. It is under the hotel on ground level, some spots are covered and some are not. The entire lot is fenced. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is in good condition, everything works. Free wireless internet access worked great. There is a pizzaria resturant and bar in the hotel and we got 2 free drinks upon check-in. You also get a little rubber duck in your room to take home with you as a reminder of your stay. Would not hesitate for a second to stay at this hotel again.

| We were pleasantly surprised to find a very large, comfortable room. The location is wonderful -- and easy to find (look for the Rock & Roll McDonald's across the street)! A two block walk from the Red Line. Very nice fitness center and pool. And free parking! Would highly recommend this hotel for any Chicago visitor planning on shopping and seeing the tourist attractions/museums/etc.

| We stayed in Gurnee the night before going to Chicago and it was a horrible hotel called The Adventure Inn (dirty, loud, etc..etc..) It was a relief when we walked into the Best Western. It was very clean, they had free parking, and everything in the room worked. The beds are extremely comfortable and the location is perfect. Your close to everything. The front desk girls are kind of rude, but I didn't have to talk with them very often. So I would highly recommend this hotel. Did I mention FREE PARKING!!!
