| This is not a typical Hilton - it is very nice! I was disappointed in that it took some 15 minutes to check in, but the staff were friendly and understood I was frustrated with the wait. Also, the bed is not the type I hope to have - it might be an old HIlton bed with some type of cushion cover on it. Other wise, very clean, nice and good location for us.

| Overall the hotel was satisfactory. Some room maintenance, like broken closet doors, and a broken closet shelf were small annoyances. The hotel is clean and seems conducive to business travelers in particular. The shuttle service is is real plus and ran on time for the four days we were there. The restaurant service was sorely lacking, the food quality was okay. It did not help to see a mouse run from the lobby into the kitchen. Take the shuttle to Pentagon City and attend the restuarants within and surrounding the mall drop off point.

| Room was very clean. I liked that the room had a fridge. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The shuttle took us right to Pentagon City and to the airport.

| Careful of additional charges- For example, when I booked, I didnt notice or expect the $9/day parking expense, considering it is away from the city & in some sort of industrial complex. Thus, the total bill was more than I expected because I had a rental car & needed to park it. My room's sink pipe disconnected & leaked all over the floor. I complained & they sent someone up to 'fix' it. Someone tried to glue it, and it didnt work. Couldnt use the sink. This was inconvenient and disgusting. Shuttle to the Metro was useful- dont need a rental car. For my weekend there, on my own dime, between 2 weeks of travel for business, and I wouldnt stay there again. Inconvenient, expensive, and just not very good service all around.

| The hotel was very nice and very comfortable just laid out poorly and some staff were difficult. We traveled with a toddler and an elderly/disabled person and had to walk a 2 block equivalent to get to our room and back to the lobby/restaurant without other options. Also the shuttle driver got into a very loud and agressive argument with our taxi driver about where he parked his vehicle while we sat inside. Front desk "forgot" to call for an early a.m. taxi - we called 30 minutes early from the room - causing us to run late to the airport.

| The bed were extremely comfortable. We also were pleased with the free shuttle service to and from the Metro station, very reliable! Restaurant was very nice and great food!

| My father and I had to make an emergency visit to the Washington area. I called expedia in the a.m. and they got me in this hotel with early check. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed, not overly large though. This was my father's first experience with Expedia and it has changed the way he and my mother now travel. They use to pick a hotel on the road (they are drive all over), now they get on Expedia first. It was very clean and nice linens and for the price unbeatable.

| My fiance and I chose this hotel for a weekend away from it all, and we weren't disappointed. The room had a huge, comfortable king-sized bed. Plenty of windows with lots of light. Our favorite part was the express check-in. You didn't even have to visit the front desk ... just zip in your credit card, choose your room and the machine spits out room keys.

| very good hotel with good restaurant and very good service. Only drawback was parking - extremely inconvenient parking so you are really forced to use the valet.

| The location was perfect just minutes to Washington Mall. Very good access to major expressway. Employees were eager to help. Bottom line it was a great experience for me and my family.
