| I enjoyed my stay. Room service was prompt and the food was good. I enjoyed the good coffee available in the morning. The location is close to the airport and the convention center.

| For the traveler who wishes to be close to O'Hare Airport, this is a clean and comfortable hotel, with prompt shuttle service to the airport. The hotel is also absolutely quiet.

| I haven't traveled to Chicago often, but I have to many other locations on business. This place is excellent, and one of the beter places I have stayed at. Love the free internet, and was very comfy.

| Our family was spending 1-night in Chicago after a 3-weeks overseas trip. We wanted a reasonably priced hotel that is close to the airport. This hotel was: 1. Close to the airport (3-4 miles) 2. Provided free transportation to/from airport 3. Reasonably priced 4. Reasonably clean 5. High-speed internet that worked 6. Reasonably good breakfast. I would have given this hotel high marks except for the street noise. It was very loud and interfered with my/our ability to get a good-night sleep. Maybe they had other rooms that are away from the highway and are quieter. However our rooms were super noisy!

| The room I was given was a 1st floor corner room and it was a bit noisy. I would not recommended this room to anyone.

| I had made the decision to take a small vacation to visit Chicago for the first time, while visiting the Chicago Film Festival. With two weeks of planning preparations, The Courtyard by Marriott Chicago O'Hare (located in Rosemont) was the closest I could get to downtown Chicago. When I arrived at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised how accommodating the staff and amenities were. The hotel's shuttle service dropped me off and picked me up from the transit station that was approximately a mile away in a timely fashion. I was so pleased by the overall experience that I plan on lodging there again along with recommending it to friends for their future trips. Additional tid bits: breakfast bar was plentiful as well as reasonability priced. For the people who value technology, the high-speed internet access (free) allowed me to post and check up on exciting experiences I had while in Chicago.

| I would try a different one next time. I am always looking for a "family" comfort hotel. This one is very "business" oriented.
