| Front desk and bell staff wonderful! Housekeeping staff needs training. Too much loud noise from drive/courtyard on 2 of 4 nights. Location is exceptional!

| The Hotel Provinical was absolutely fabulous!!!! We didn't have to wait 30 minutes to get our car because it was on the property. We had a recently renovated room and we faced the river. At any time we could be on Decatur Street or Chartres Street with accessability to shopping & eating- I would highly recommend this hotel for your trip to the French Quarter. The service, cleanliness, and comfort cannot be beat for the great price.

| This is a lovely historical hotel in a great location in the French Quarter -- very close to Frenchmen Street, the French Market, and many other sites, but away from the loud action of Bourbon Street. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Note that Hotel Provincial is supposedly haunted, but we didn't see any ghosts during our stay.

| We recently spent four nights at the Hotel Provincial and I would highly recommend it. The rooms are quite distinctive. Ours was on the ground floor and although comfortable was dark as it lacked a window . I would suggest requesting one on one of the upper floors. Some rooms on the upper levels also have balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Walking through the adjoining restaurant, Cafe Beignet puts you on Decatuar street close to the river. It is minutes from Bourbon Street with many places to eat in all price ranges within easy walking distance.

| Our stay was very nice at this hotel. The room was very cozy and comfortable, though it could have been a bit cleaner. The staff were fabulous; they were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. The location of the hotel was wonderful. We were in walking distance of the Cafe du Monde, Jackson Square, and the French Quarter. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for a nice stay while in New Orleans.

| This was my 9th trip to New Orleans in as many years and my forth stay inside the French Quarter. This hotel was the best for service, friendlimess, and location. I would gladly stay there again.

| The staff and hotel were exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. Our only complaints are that the toilet paper was not restocked one day and that the water in the bathtub stopped up a bit. Other than that the service and room were excellent!! We are recommending the Hotel Provincial to family and friends.
