| I had a wonderful time in DC, and I loved my first experience at an Embassy Suite Hotel. Super family friendly. The breakfast is a great as they say it is. The metro is a little bit of a hike (Foggy Bottom stop is closer than the Dupont Circle stop), but the fun neighborhood with restaraunts, parks, and shops make it well worth the walk. I won't have to do an internet search the next time I go anywhere. I'm staying at an Embassy Suites hotel.

| This hotel is in a great location -- a very quiet neighborhood not far from DuPont Circle and the Metrorail. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. I also appreciated the good breakfast and manager's reception daily.

| The hideabed was very uncomfortable. We had to put the mattress on the floor. Also, need more closet space to store luggage and hang clothes for a family of five.

| We stayed in this hotel with our 3 childs (8,6,and 3) and it was a great place to stay because of the ammenities. Our one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the sitting room was just enough room for the 5 of us. The kids loved the breakfast buffet and cocktail hour with potato chips and pretzels for kids. We loved the cocktail hour with compimentary wine and beer for the parents! Our kids helped feed the Koi in the hotel waterfalls. The indoor pool was great even if all the pool towels here used and needed to be restocked. The only caveat we had was that it is 4 blocks from the closest Metro stop (Farragut North) and it was a little bit of a hike for the kids when we were doing a lot of additional walking to the museums and in the museums. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it!

| I loved everything about this hotel. It was within walking distance of most of DC's attractions & was clean & quite lovely. It felt like a home away from home because it was so spacious and clean. The full breakfast saves us $ & was delicious. Cocktail hour was also a lot of fun. The atrium is very pretty & relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Worth every penny!

| I really do love Embassy Suites, but my biggest negative while staying 4 nights is that about half of my showers were luke warm. I couldn't figure out if it was the time that I took them or what, but they weren't consistantly hot enough for me.

| We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Washington and found it to be very nice. Somehow the hotel and its staff seemed nicer and more attentive than the average Embassy Suites. The hotel was in very good shape. We will probably go back, because it seemed like very good quality for the money.

| Booked on-line and not sure what we would get...but it was great!! The room was larger than expected. This is a great hotel for families..with the separate living room with a sleeper sofa and its own tv. We enjoyed the "hot" breakfast buffet. It had many choices and delicious coffee. Hotel located about a 5-7 minute walk to 2 different Metro stops depending on what line you needed. The Metro is a great way to get around and it was an easy walk to Metro. I am already planning to stay at this hotel again next Fall. The Italian restaurant at Hotel was very good but also abit pricey.

| This hotel is great for families with children because children love the amenities and if the kids are happy then it makes for a better vacation for all. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour allow both adults and kids to relax, without leaving the building. The pool and weight room were convenient. The rooms were large and very comfortable so that both children and parents have breathing room. Hotel staff and concierge were extremely helpful, polite and over the top "thoughful" Our family was very impressed and we'll return to this hotel in the future.

| What a fantastic hotel! My husband and I travel frequently and have stayed at many Embassy Suites. This is easily one of their best. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. This was our first trip with our infant son and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. The hotel's atrium setting is the perfect way to start the day with breakfast or wind down after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is within a very short Metro or cab ride to most of DC's main attractions. We will definitely be staying here again.

| During busy travel season, breakfast lines are long. Get there early. One of few hotels with indoor pool in area, but pool is small. 2 and a half blocks to nearest Metro, but better than driving in D.C. Easy commuting using Metro to just about anywhere in city.

| This is my third stay at this particular Embassy Suites. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large -- no fighting over the two big screen tvs. My husband loved the fitness center -- state of the art equipment, not the low tech stuff elsewhere, he even found his beloved stairmaster. Did I mention the hot tub? We're both fans of the cooked to order breakfast -- egg beaters for me and the man behind me in line got an egg white omlette. We also used the business center to check e-mail and get on the web -- easy, no waiting, and free to guests. Did I mention the great location near restaurants? Yummy seafood at Grillfish two blocks away.Expedia's rates make this hotel a real steal. You should go.

| A hotel in downtown, everything nearby, to walk or with subway. You get breakfast with everything you need and liitle more. So a perfect start for the day. This is how Europeans like hotels no luxury, but clean rooms with space and food, so you don not have to look for the elementary things elsewhere.

| My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon in D.C. The hotel was close to everything and only a couple of blocks from the subway which was so convienient to see all of the monuments and points of interest. The hotel has a business center with internet access and an Italian restaurant. I would not recommend the restaurant as the staff were not very polite. The pool is small but sufficient. The free breakfast is decent, definately better than the standard continental that is usually offered. Overall, it was a great experience and i would definately recommend this hotel.
