This hotel is nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is good with lots of restaraunts nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good with just about anything you want and it's free. The rooms are quiet. I would reccomend this hotel.

The service was ok, nothing exceptional. Location and price was the only reason we chose this hotel. However, I would not return because the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I would have rather paid more and stayed in a nicer hotel.

A very good average hotel to stay at. We stayed there for one week. Nice buffet. It's right on the north end of Colorado Springs.

The one thing I would go back and stay for is the Restaurant. Very efficient and courteous staff. Complimentary breakfast was excellent (some choice of eggs without pork would be good). The walls between the rooms were pretty thin and I could hear my neighbors TV pretty loud late in the night. The room service was OK. The pillows sure need to be changed/upgraded. The Receptionists sure needs a lot of training and could be a bit more courteous. The complimentary high speed internet access is great except for the fact that its not wireless. Wireless capabilities would be a treat for the business travelers.

The location of the hotel was rather nice. Located near most everything I needed for my business needs, and a stones throw from nice places to eat. I found the mountain views an absoulute joy. Pikes Peak and all of the major sites of Colorado Springs are all within a 20-30 min drive, and located so that getting lost is almost impossible. The hotel staff were always on hand to give directions. It was a nice place and I would stay again. One complaint, the rooms are not so soundproof, so hearing your neighbors TV may prove bothersome.

Great location. Great perks booking through Expedia (free brkfast buffets). Used room service a couple of times and they did a good job. Restaurant service was a little slow at times. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is newly remodeled and quite clean. Reception was friendly, helpful, efficient. The only weakness was the fitness room, which had antiquated, squeaky, and non-working equipment & machines. Fortunately the hotel has a relationship with Bally's Fitness down the road. Skip the hotel gym, and go straight to Bally's- it's free.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the highway and easy to get to. There is a restaurant inside the hotel and the front desk gives you a 20% coupon for dinner or lunch if you eat there, as well as a coupon for free breakfast in the morning. But there are tons of places to eat and shop within walking distance. The room was clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel with my toddler daughter for 4 days in August. Nice, clean accommodations. Really good free breakfast. Didn't charge for use of crib. The only complaint is that they charged us for the final night of our stay after we had already paid for it. I realized the charge after we got home. I called to take care of it and was told it could take 7 to 30 days to credit our account. 7 to 30 days?!? They sure debited our account quick enough!! I called them on Friday and the charge was refunded by Tuesday. Other than that, we were pleased with the stay.

Pretty impressed with this hotel. Clean and quiet. Only complaint, pillows were pretty chinsey! This hotel is about 45 mins from airport. Complementry pickup at airport. If used, stand outside main door near luggage p/u, not 2nd level. Van is a blue minivan. Also close is seveal restraunts, a Wal-Mart and Goodwill within walking distance.

The room was very nice, but I would have liked a mountain view instead of a jacuzzi view. Liked that we were given breakfast buffet coupons for all three days of our stay. Check-out was easy as well.

This was a nice hotel with an indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub open in December. The only complaint is that they use the garden area, nex tto the pool and including the resuatrant and bar area for functions. There were functions two nights during Christmas week and I di dnot feel comfortable using the food/bar area. Also, the noise during the wedding was loud. The music was suppose to end at 10 pm. but continued until 11:00. There is an Enterprise rental car site there which was convenient. Airport shuttle only runs every other hour and the hotel is a bit far from the airport (there are many good hotels closer.
