| The Shilo Inn was very close to the freeway, and within minutes of downtown. Incredibly clean rooms... and the suites have great set-ups. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The staff was awesome... and even had fresh cookies and popcorn made every night in the lobby. I would definitley stay there again.

| The Salem, OR Shiloh Inn is one of the better Shilo's in the N.W. Staff was very kind and helpful and rooms were exceptionally clean.

| Hotel staff was attentative and nice jacuzi had some grime but staff fixed it emidiaetly stay was comfortable and enjoyable

| Arrived approx. 40 minutes before pool was closing, told that we would not be able to swim because it closed at 11:00pm (even though we had 40 minutes left)?! Ice machine was not working. Overall, the room was nice, expedia deal was nicer. Complimentary Breakfast was good, however fruit was old and sour.

| nice room but we had no shampoo only conditioner and the house keepers did not speak english. But the room was very nice and clean

| Very nice, clean room. Friendly, attentive staff. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, though not memorable. One problem: Loose tile on the floor of the elevator that was not only unattractive, but could present a safety hazard. My hope is that we just caught them in the process of repairing and that it is not being left that way long-term. Overall a nice place to stay, nothing fancy, but very comfortable and clean.
