| I was very satisfied with the this hotel. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's bedding was fabulous! From the pillowtop mattress to the soft white sheets and the pliable comforter (no stiff, cheap-feeling bedspread!)

| Nice hotel. Only minor complaint on room cleanliness. Hair in bathroom sink upon check-in. Front desk staff were very un-friendly. At check out they tried to add a movie to room charge that was an error. They corrected it but never explained how it appeared on the bill. And never apologized for the error.

| I've stayed in this hotel before and I'll stay there again. There are little problems like slow drains and a broken shower head, but overall the rooms and hotel are very nice. I also noticed that the pool water was a little on the cloudy side. The hotel is an excellent value compared to other hotels in the same price range.

| This hotel was perfect for our stay. The location is wonderful. I have stayed in the loop before and this is so much better. The staff was great, the room perfect, and the location...perfect. Will stay here anytime I travel to Chicago!!!

| This is a very nice hotel located in a great part of downtown Chicago. The coffee shop on the first floor was a great convenience and the hours were very accommodating. I'd stay here again, no question about it.

| A block from Michigan Ave and right across from John Hancock, so the location is superb. However, the hotel shows its age, and probably needs some upgrades soon. Also, I encountered an unfriendly front desk person upon check-in. But overall, the service was good, and the room was clean and comfortable enough.

| A wonderful hotel. Lacks views, but has a great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone with a small child and the doorman made a point to recognize me after one day and open the door before I even got to it. They also offered a play yard as a in hotel crib instead of an old scary thing, which I've gotten at other hotels. The in hotel restaurant is ok, but there are lots of other places within a block or two.

| This was a fantastic hotel. Great location: 1 block from Michigan, right next to the Water Tower, just a few blocks from the Chicago train stop.Service was amazing, from reception to house-keeping.

| Just a block off of the Magnificent Mile. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and well kept--great to have a suite with 2 rooms and 2 tvs when traveling with kids. On a previous stay, there were problems with parking our van (a broken window) and the hotel was very gracious in helping us deal with that, including providing breakfast and offering a limo to the airport while our van was being fixed.

| Very resonably priced hotel in the middle of downtown. Not the best view in the world but cant beat the location. Only blocks away from Michigan Ave. and Ruch Street.
