| We stayed in a down stairs villa, and there were only two negatives. One the traffic noise from Poincianna Rd, all night (next to a Fire Station also), but agreed that is not the fault of the facility. And the most important CHECK YOUR WINDOWS!!!! I have a three year old, and I found four unlocked windows in the villa including the one in his room. The eager cleaning staff (knocked on our door @ 8:00 AM to find out when we were leaving) should include a window check in their daily cleaning routine. Other than that it was fantastic. We have stayed in other rental homes in this area, and the check in staff etc...were better than any of the others. We were so happy we are going to check into purchasing in this facility, for future stays.

| Hotel was convenient to Disney(10-15min), Restaurants(2min) and Stores(2min). I would definitley recommend this establishment to others. The villa made you feel like you were at home and not in a Hotel because of size, washer/dryer, 2 baths, kitchen, pool and gym. Great for a Family with Kids or Couples sharing a Villa. Plenty of room to get away from one another.

| The check-in office was a bit difficult to find. The villa campuses are located about 5-10 minutes from the check-in office and are slightly off the beaten path. Villa campuses are in a good location relative to the Orland airport, Disney, Seaworld and Universal. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Orlando.

| The villa was great, not far from the parks and close to many stores and resturants. Great for anyone staying in town for a week. Place was very clean and so was the villa. Very peaceful area!!!! Highly recommend it.

| This was the first time we stayed in this hotel and it really isn't a hotel per se. It is like your own little apartment. But, it also wasn't little we had a three bedroom 2 full bath condo. It was quite, the beds were very comfortable, I was extremly impressed with it all.

| Our family of five stayed in a two bedbroom villa which was more than large enough. Clean rooms, a sofa bed and lots of extra blankets/pillows. Loved having a full-size washer/dryer and dishwasher. Villas offered alot of privacy - much more than you could expect at a hotel. I was particularly impressed with the staff. Especially the staff in the gift shop/store/clubhouse. They were all genuinely friendly and accommodating. We are already planning a return trip.

| Very nice place to stay, very comfortable and big. I had no problem with the mattresses, very comfortable. Nice pool with a small store to get snacks and drinks. There is no kiddee pool though, but my little one sure did learn alot about swimming because of that. We loved it, much better than a cramped motel room, we would definitley return.

| It was a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy all the attractions available. It is near all of the shopping areas as well as all of the local recreational spots. I was most impressed with the comfort and relaxing atmoshere that the hotel provided. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because you won't be disappointed.

| Nice Clean rooms with everything you would need but I was promised 2 King Size beds and got one Queen size and 4 Twin size beds to sleep 6 adults and my son and I are over 6 feet tall. If reserved I should get what I requested. Called the Manager and was told thats all we have. wonder what was wrong with their computer?

| I was impressed with the spaciousness in the villa and the cleanliness, we stayed in the three bedroom one. The only thing I did not like was that the rugs in the bedrooms were old and worn looking and there was a dark iron burn mark on the master bedroom's rug. It was close to the Disney parks, to stores and restaurants. I will definitely return, great for big families.

| The Villas are very large and cheap for what you get. TONS of floor space. Place is about 25 years old and looks like it. Great for an inexpensive way for a couple families to share a place and/or cook your own meals.

| The villa was everything we expected and more. We were very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the room. Also the pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We used the shuttle to the parks also. This saved some driving for us.

| My husband, infant daughter, and I stayed in a 3 BR villa with 2 other families each with an infant. We were comfortable and were even able to sleep through each other's babies waking in the middle of the night. We all live within 2 hours of the villa, but decided to stay here so that we didn't have to travel long to get to Disney or drive home after a long day at Disney.

| When we first walked into the villa, we were very impressed with the layout of the rooms and how clean and neat everything appeared. Every appliance was in the kitchen; the bedrooms were all ready and there were plenty of linens. The atmosphere was welcoming and we felt completely at "home." The service people were very friendly and requests were filled immediately. Even though we were located next to the pool, we were not bothered by noise at all. It was just a lovely experience and contributed to a wonderful trip to Orlando.

| After locating strip-mall office, our Somerset Villa was only a few blocks away. Hot water in 1 bathroom and TV's in bedrooms didn't work consistently, but didn't dampen our trip. We were surprised at how spacious the Villa was and had no noise problems from neighbors (we were upstairs). Lots of room inside for kids to play and stretch out safely. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking/cleaning supplies. We also didn't get the described King bed, more like a lg Full, with an uncomfortable, sagging mattress. My husband slept on the living room couch (very comfortable!!) which detracted from the romance of our trip. We loved the 2nd bathroom and washer & dryer. It was wonderful to unpack clean clothes! The pool area was nice, but super crowded. Our location didn't have a playground. A more flexible park transportation schedule would be nice also.

| I went with 4 teenaged kids so we really needed a spacious layout. It met our requirements wonderfully. After some initial problem with giving us the wrong room type, the management did switch our room--luckily it was 5pm and not 11:30 pm (or I'd have been upset) I would definitely stay here again.

| We loved the condos! They were within 10 minutes of Disney and 15 minutes of Sea World. Great restaurants on the main road, Wal-Mart, etc. The condo was very large, great value. I would definately recommend to families that want space, and location on a budget. The only complaint I have was the king bed was actually a queen, with an uncomfortable matress. We hope return again!

| We stayed in Somerset Villas that were provided by Holiday Villas. The personnel at check-in were very professional and curteous. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with the eating utensils. The pool and clubhouse was very nice and convenient. The area was quiet and centrally located to the major attractions. We recommend these accommodations highly.

| The door to the hotel room barely closed, it had to be slammed shut, and then pushed again to stay closed which is a safety concern. The mattresses were terrible, the bedding was worse. The furniture in the room was old, and the TV was only working some of the time. Our room was on the street side which was busy all night long, including drag racing and sirens.

| I was surprised to read some of the negative comments made by people. We stayed at Laguna Bay- I enjoyed the fact that this was off the beaten path. Low traffic- no bright lights shining in - no other hotel guests running up and down a hallway. It felt like you could relax- almost like you were at home. I agree it was a little odd to check in at a strip mall and then drive to the villa. Should better explain that in their info. Having washer/dryer was great came home with clean clothes! Also nice that we could eat-in when we wanted to help save on cost. I would go back there in a heartbeat!!!!

| The only item was not content with was the fact that the reservation indicated a king size bed, it was bearly a full size bed in the master bedroom. the other rooms had single beds rather that full beds. Other than that, the place was very nice and clean with all the comforts of home, nearby restuarants and attractions. I along with my family had a great time being we all were together. I rented a three room villa. Again I would much rather have bigger beds in all the rooms jsut for the sake of comfort after a long day at the resorts.

| Will serve well one family with 3+ kids. Large living room area, descent kitchen. Master bedroom is acceptable, the other 2 very small bedrooms would only be comfortable for kids. Very basic furnishings, rather old wood construction, some problem with mold. Check-in is in the strip mall on main road, the villas (read "apartments")are 2-3 miles away in a side road. Would recommend for a large family on a budget.
