| The Oxford Hotel is a charming link to the Gilded Age in Denver over 100 years ago. Good, friendly service, convenient setting, a terrific room with a vast king-size bed, and free afternoon sherry are the big plusses. The air conditioner was a bity noisy, and would somebody please turn off that street light that was shining in our eyes all night? (Curtains could not be closed completely) All in all, a very pleasant experience.

| We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon to be greeted by a very curdious staff and front desk. Before checking in we treated ourselves to the ammenities of the Oxford Spa connected to the hotel. After check in we relaxed in our perfect size room decorated with beautiful bedding and old style furniture. Our bathroom was incredibly clean and set-up for a romantic evening for two.OUr check out time was at noon, just enough time for us to sleep in.We also had access to complimentary driving anywhere downtown.

| The Oxford is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are charming, the staff is courteous, and the location is perfect. There is a coffee bar on every floor in the morning, and there is complementary sherry in the lobby from 5-6 pm. We walked to everything in LoDo and the 16th St Mall, as well as the Pepsi Center. We enjoyed our stay in The Oxford and we would definitely stay there again.

| This Hotel offers old-style charm in a great location in Lower Downtown Denver. It is easily accessible to all the shopping, restaurants, night life, and events in the area; however, service is lack luster at best. The room was spacious and had nice Victorian style, but the appeal disappeared after the turndown service revealed that the sheets were not clean. The bathroom was cramped with leaky plumbing. The hotel check in clerk was somewhat rude. The Hotel Bar closed early and the courtesy car was not available. Old world appeal for the hotel, but not the amenities I expected for the price I paid.

| I have stayed at the Oxford 3 times now. The service has been great every time and my room this last time was awesome! It was huge and quite comfortable. Room service was very quick and check out was very easy. The Oxford has a wireless network so any laptop with a wireless card can connect for free.

| The main hall/foyer/entrance was so beautiful. The service was friendly and efficient. I loved the complimentary car that took us anywhere within a two mile radius. Its location can't be beat.

| The lobby was gorgeously decorated for Christmas. The architecture was wonderful, big wide hallways, nice sized rooms, lots of antiques. The gentleman who checked us in was just as charming as the hotel. Great location too! Just a couple of blocks from the shopping. First class!

| This is a great and historic hotel in the heart of downtown Denver. I hate to review it so highly so as to keep it a secret, but actually it's not a secret to those who love Denver. It's haunted though, beware....
