| Exterior door did not lock, corridors were accessible to anyone. Had room adjacent to exterior door, very noisy until after midnight.

| My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but someone had smoked in it. Perhaps that contributed to my impression of dinginess. The staff was friendly and competent--offered a different room--and the courtyard and pool were lovely. Continental breakfast was par.

| This was a great hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained along with the rest of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and worked efficiently to satisfy our needs. The pool area was lovely and the resterant next door has room service and there food was great as well. This hotel would be a great place to stay for any type of traveling.

| We stayed at the comfort in for the night before our flight and to be close to Legends Field. It was conveniently located on a main strip in Clearwater, but if you want a close place to Clearwater beach, we were about 45 minutes from it. It was about 14 miles from Tampa airport which was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable which surprised us and the people at the front desk were very helpful. The cleaning people do not speak english, but did a good job on the rooms. The hot tub was OOS when we were there, but the pool was decent and very warm. The continental breakfast was simple, but the things they did offer were good. If your looking for an all inclusive resort, I would not recommend this place, but if you just need a place to stay, or plan on staying at the hotel one day of your stay, I would definitely recommend it.

| The hotel was comfortable and clean, and it provided a good continental breakfast. I had only two gripes with the hotel: 1) lack of internet access in some rooms (not as advertised), but management was kind enough to move us to a room with internet access.2) hotel no longer offers complementary access to aBally's fitness facility, contrary to the advertisement.
