| Hotel features self check-in which is immensely useful for beating the (potentially) long lines as the reception desk. All you need is a credit card and you've got your room keys in under 2 minutes. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable with about 10 pillows.

| Everyone from the valet, to the registration desk, to the wait staff in the restaurants was extremely nice and helpful. This hotel was easy to find, our room was nice, the pool area was fun for my daughter, and since the skywalks were connected to the hotel, we had fun shopping in the adjacent mall without having to get cold. Very highly recommend this hhotel for the money.

| The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were staying there to go to a Cincinnati Bengals football game the next day. They let us keep our car in valet parking until after the game was over, at no extra charge, plus they let us check our bags at the front desk also until after the game was over and we picked them up when we got back to the hotel. Also at no extra charge. The food in the sports bar was very good, as was the room service. At a very reasonable price. Extremely satisfied with the hotel overall. The valets were very helpful, asking if we needed directions upon leaving.

| The comfort level was great. Very clean as well. The room service (foodwise) was not as nice as I would have liked. The freezer was broken and so there was a limited menu. However, it was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I've stayed in over the years!

| I've stayed in most of the hotels in Downtown Cincinnati. As you get closer to the river the area of downtown gets nicer - keep that in mind when booking a hotel in downtown. This hotel in particular has a couple neat features; it's connected to a mini Saks Fifth and like most of the hotels downtown it connects to the Skywalk which will allow you to walk to the Tower Place Mall downtown with out going outside! And this hotel is one of the closest to the Mall - about a two min walk, at the most.

| For the price my room had peeling paint in the bathroom and a cracked sink that had been apparently fixed with putty because it looked aweful. We did not receive fresh towels on our 2nd night. My husband had to go get them

| I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati in February for a long weekend. First room they gave me was directly across from the Ice Machine, so I asked to be moved to another room. They gave me a corner room - very small with a tiny, antiquated bathroom. Considering the price, I was disappointed with the room size and quality of the bathroom. If I return to Cincinnati, I would not stay there again. There were many other Downtown hotels to try instead.

| Not what I expected from a Hyatt...shabby linens and towels. Small cramped room. Can't access fresh air in a smoking room.
