My husband and I had a room with an extremely comfortable king bed. We both slept very well even though we had a room facing the main street. Very nice shower but the rest of the bathroom was just ok. Staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect walking distance to the Metro. Great location for exploring Crystal City's underground mall. Parking at the hotel was a little expensive, wish rate would have been advertised ahead of time.

We appreciated the shuttle service to and from Reagan Airport. This hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Crystal City Metro stop and we were able to get to the famous Washington sights very easily. There are a variety of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Showed up at last minute. Everything was ready for me, including late night room service. Free broadband Internet access is key - and was also at my fingertips. Even though made last minute reservation (cancelled flight), they expected me and had my room ready.

The Radisson was walking distance from great restaurants, metro stations and convenience stores/pharmacy...got an upgrade without even asking...staff was helpful but sometimes it took a while to get their attention (front desk employees were juggling a few duties at a time). I will definitely go back...loved how close to the airport it is but you felt you were in the suburbs...

This hotel was just ok. I was not happy that we were given 2 twin beds rather than the 1 king size that we requested. The hotel was not able to accommodate our request for a king. The sheets were really scratchy and it overall, the hotel was somewhat noisy. One benefit is that 23rd Street is nearby, where you can walk to local restaurants and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was appreciated as well.

We visited DC for the first time and weren't sure where to stay. We chose the Radisson as a well known chain and because of the location. Metro is only a couple blocks away, which is nothing when it comes to all of the walking that you do as a tourist in DC. Plus, you can visit an underground shopping center with restaurants. The proximity to the Ronald Reagan National airport is great. If you call from the courtesy phone at the baggage claim a hotel shuttle will pick you up within minutes. We were greeted with a simple check-in process and welcomed with a clean and comfortable room. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night.....EXCELLENT, the lounge menu is good too!!!! Our waiter even greeted us the next day as we passed the restaurant. The rooftop pool was comfortable on the day we took a vacation from our vacation. It's not heated which made it a little chilly in the evenings. Overall, our stay was excellent!!!! We were glad to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and return to Crystal City each day. The staff was great and helpful. We purchased a trolley tour from the gift shop and the front desk clerk called us a cab to catch an early morning flight. We would recommend this hotel to others and would stay again if we returned to DC.

Ideal location for vacation and leisure stay. Lots of excellent restaurants within short walk of the hotel for upscale dining or family priced and fast food places withing 2 blocks. Metro station is 1-1/2 blocks from front door and free hotel shuttle available to and from Reagan Natl. Airport. Rooms very nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet, cleaned daily before noon. Internet connection in room was great. Our king room had a Sleep Number bed which was wonderful - ask for this when you make your reservation. Hotel restaurant is okay but better places are only a short walk and worth the effort. Front desk personnel and the bell capt. and his staff gave fast, excellent service with a smile. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel was alright. The employees were coureous and helpfull. Good shuttle to the airport. Condition of the room was mediocre - poor repairs and a REALLY small bathroom. There was high speed internet connectivity available. It is directly next door to Enterprise Rent a Car - very convenient. Walking distance to the Metro. Good food in the restaurant. A little over priced for what we got.

one block from Crystal City Metro stop and 15 min by Metro to Washington DC or Pentagon. 5 min from Reagon airport. Comfortable hotel with good amenities. Hotel restaurant is great, a little pricey, but well worth it in terms of quality. Crystal City office buildings across the street for visiting gov't employees. Large mall is one stop up on the Metro, and large range of smaller shopping available in Crystal city.

Coming in from NYC this was a relief. Big, clean, quiet room with microwave, refrigerator and ethernet (not WiFi) high speed Internet access. Great service including room service. One block away from many shops and restaurants. Good shuttle service to Reagan National. Also, Enterprise Car Rental is right next door.

The hotel is a converted Days Inn, and the Radisson people have done a nice job. It's convenient to the airport and Metro (to get into DC). The staff was friendly, the rooms nice. Our only problem was a neighbor who set his radio clock alarm very early and very loud and apparently slept through it for 15 minutes! We'd definitely go back.

Cheapest hotel in the area, probably because undergoing renovation. Restaurant was closed due to renovation and the lobby was a mess, but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Lots of great food nearby and the shuttle was running non-stop, so I feel like they made up for any inconveience.

Under renovation, but looked like it hadn't been taken care of for the last few years. Duct tape on the carpet, mold on the walls in the laundry room, numbers on doors in marking pen. Business center closed. Just a mess. There was no compensation for the mess in the motel.

The room had just been renovated, however it was not fully put back together. The hair dryer was in the closet instead of mounted on the wall in the bathroom. There was only one chair in a room for two people. There was no newspaper in the morning, and it's just a little too far from the Metro.

The hotel is undergoing rennovation. It will be wonderful when finished. However, one drawback is that you have to go outside from the parking garage to the hotel. The computer was down and then the ink was out. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was incredibly helpful and willing to help us with all kinds of local info.
