| A little tired but amenities and service were OK. Prompt delivery of a roll-away that had not been previously reserved. Coffee shop on premises with breakfast buffet and table service. Great waitress! Karaoke night in the bar but our room was far enough away to not be disturbed by the music or the large crowd it attracted.

| One generally asociates Oregon with fresh air and green. My room was stale smoke air and ugly. If you're a smoker, don't read any further. If you are a non-smoker, stay away from this pit.

| Everything was great, except, you have to go out of the hotel in order to get to the Restaurant. That means that when it's raining you have to wear all the raingear in order not to get wet. It would be great if there was a covered walkway to get to the Hotel's restaurant.

| The carpet in our room was ancient, and showed signs of old irremovable stains. All else was very good. The people at the desk were excellent. The maid service was very good. But they need to upgrade their interiors, especially the carpets.

| We enjoyed our stay at the Red Lion Inn-a great, courteous and pleasant staff from the desk people to the grounds and room cleaning staff. There is also great shopping across the street-with a lovely outside court and dining area.we would defintely stay there again.

| Why do college town hotels all tend to be tired and dingy? This time we decided to stay at a Red Lion to improve our chances of getting a good hotel room. Nope. It was grim and need a thorough cleaning and updating. We will not return.

| This was not a good experience. The hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt before I would recommend it to anyone!

| This hotel probably had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and the hotel staff was very courteous. The sidewalks need to be pressure washed, but the only reason I noticed this was because I own a pressure washing business. A very comfortable hotel to stay in.

| The service was excellent. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was OK. There was a mixup with the type of room ordered, but resolved quickly. If it had happened a day later when the hotel was full, it would have been a big problem.

| The room was clean, as long as you didn't look behind the bathroom door..which you couldn't help but do since the bathroom was very small. Stay away from any "Steak" items on the menu of the restaurant. On the up side there is a Starbucks directly accross the street, and I've heard from others that in Eugene this is about as good as it gets.

| Good side...easy walk to Autzen stadium for the U of Oregon football game/no cost to park. Great towels/ firm bed/ well maintained. Good Price.Easy walk to Starbucks and a pretty nice mini-shopping area with one of my favorites, TJ Maxx. I stay without a car.Uncomfortable side...outside entry, I was placed in a back 2-story building next to the freeway egress. I am a sigle woman visiting a child at the university.
