| This hotel was new and the staff was very professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is handy to an assortment of restaurants and right off the highway.

| Stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall the hotel is very clean and the staff members were friendly. A very comfortable place to stay and I highly recommend it!

| Cleanliness of room was about the only thing this hotel had going for it. My new wife and I honeymooned here and we were not impressed at all. We had problems with our key card after we had been there for two days, and when we told one of the ladies at the front desk about it she asked if I had put the cards next to my cell phone or anything electronic, in a sarcastic voice which did not seem very professional. Our reservations were incorrect by shorting us a day. We had that corrected on the last day of our stay. Our room service was late arriving with our food one morning. Our room only had one breakfast menu for room service, and after we used it we asked for three more since we knew we would be ordering breakfast to the room each morning. Finally, when we received our menus late that night(hours after we requested them, 15 hrs. to be exact) they slid 14 of them under the door, knocked and walked away before I could get to the door. But besides the hotel we had a great time in Asheville and at the Biltmore House.

| The facilities were more than adequate, the location is good, next to the Biltmore Estate and across from Biltmore Village, minutes from downtown. The staff were pleasant and friendly; they even went out of their way delivering messages and faxes from home. The best part is that you get a delicious fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie when you register. The lobby smells like cookies.
