| It says it's 1 mile from the beach, but we had to drive at least 3 miles. The rooms smelled badly. There is a bar open to the public that overlooks the pool, so you don't want your wives or daughters going there in the late afternoon or evening. There is a fitness room (my son was so excited) but all of the equipment was broken. But the Continental breakfast was good.

| There's nothing amazing about the hotel - typical rather clean rooms, nice patio with small tables and umbrellas, a small pool right by a small bar, plentiful free parking, very close to I95, about 5-10 minutes drive from the ocean, Wendy's in the same building as the front desk

| Holiday Park had a friendly staff, a clean pool and a cute grassy courtyard area with picnic tables. The free breakfast was tasty, lots of fresh bagels, donuts, coffee and OJ. If you are looking for a hotel within walking distance of the beach you are out of luck, it's a couple of miles.

| I would never ever ever reccomend this hotel to anyone. the concierge was cold and unfriendly. Not helpful at all. I went without a hot water for many hours... the walls were paper thin, the room and carpet smelled like mold and smoke. it was horrible... this hotel is in desperate need of a face lift. it is very outdated! ps- the dennys next door has TERRIBLE service.

| I was a little leary going to a hotel I have never heard of, especially after reading some of the reviews. The price was right and I figured what the heck, how much time will I spend there anyway? I was very impressed. The price was right and I really felt like I was at home. The hotel lounge was great! Awesome bartenders that REALLY made me feel comfortable, like I was a local. The pool was clean and the view was beautiful. I will definately return (maybe not to the hotel though...I met friends and have a place to stay.

| They need to re-create their map of rooms and buildings. Because the south end of the hotel is shared with an unrelated and adjacent business the layout is confusing, especially to one being unfamiliar with the area. I suggest a diagram that is true to an ariel view of this complex, and annotated. Also, the bathroom walls needed to be disinfected from mold and mildew.

| This hotel is not impressive at all, and it was more then a mile away from the beach, it was like 3 to 5, deffinitly not walking distance. Hotel was really run down and next to a loud train station. It was in a "ghetto" area...room was in really bad condition. It smelled moldly and was not very clean or in good shape. It was just really run-down and not in a good area. Taxi's are really expensive and there is no bus stops near the hotel. The nearest bus stop is one mile away. The "free shuttle" they have for people at the hotel only goes from 10am to 5pm, which is a rip-off because people want to stay out later then 5. Not impressed AT ALL!

| I was surprised that this was given three stars. This was a good place to stay if you don't care about comfort. The place needed repairs, the mattresses smelled like sweat and if you got a room on the west side of the hotel, the Amtrak station was there to give you all the noise you wanted. 1 star, not three.

| This hotel was next to the train station. Our room was on the far side so it didn't bother us but you might want to request a room away from the train; easy access to main roads, close to the beach; clean; breakfast of cereal, bagels, donuts, coffee, juice offered daily; Denny's in hotel; other restaurants close by. I would stay here again however, this is not a luxury hotel so don't expect room service or a fancy pool; if you want an inexpensive hotel in a decent location this is a good place to stay.

| This hotel had the average hotel room, located right next to train station, so if you dont have a car, this is VERY convienient. The pool and poolside bar was very beautiful and well kept. The continental breakfast could have been better. Wireless internet is only inthe lobby and in Denny's, not in each room. Hotel is far from the beach, about 3 miles, and the free shuttle is not worth taking. Very small bus and very hot inside and only runs until 5:20 everyday. Not good if you want to go at night. Hotel overall is worth staying at.

| Here's the deal... When we arrived, we were a bit scared as to what the rooms would look like, considering the outside grounds are not the most beautiful, to say the least, but we were quite pleased with our room... You can tell that it was newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable as well. The hotel itself is also next to a train station. Quite frankly, I rarely heard the trains come by. I never made it to the continental breakfast but we did eat at Denny's which is connected to the receptionist area. Directly across the street is a walgreen's; About 4 miles away, a downtown shopping area (with Target, etc). Again, not the best looking on the outside but we lucked out and got a newly renovated room which was up to par.

| Arrived to one double bed rm, we bk'd a king nonsmking, plaster falling off ceiling in the shower, dirty carpeting, sheets too small for bed, kept popping off corners during the night, paint peeling, exposed nails on walls, faucet fixtures loose and coming off tub unit, mold on tiles, permanantly discolored tub; we asked to be moved but nothing left but single smkng. Moved next day to 2 double beds, we were assured king non smoking. Horrible decor, the refinishing on tub bubbled up, filthy, moldy shower, hair and dust behind bathoom door, both rooms had loud air conditioners and you could see daylight between door and door jamb. We would have moved to another hotel had we not already prepaid with you. My husband has travelled extensively in his career and said it was the filthiest hotel he has ever been in. The amenities were laughable, the music Sat night was one badly played steel drum, after seeing our room, didn't even want to attempt a dip into the pool. Continental breakfast meager, stale bagel with cr, cheese. How could it possibly be rated 3 star?

| I stayed at this hotel the weekend after they reopened from hurricane wilma. I had the most delightful stay here. I had visitors who were very impressed. The area was still recovering from effects of the storm but the hotel was working diligently to insure the comfort of its guests. The office staff was very helpful with all requests. The housekeepers were a pleasure to deal with. I am so looking forward to a return visit to this pleasant hotel. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I was traveling alone but felt very safe and comfortable during my stay

| The hotel was neat and clean. Unfortunately, it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and the hotel staff was overwhelmed. They were booked for the night and had to turn people away. Rooms were not ready until 3 pm. We arrived at 12:00 pm and had to wait 3 hours. When we finally got our key and went to the room, the key wasn't programmed to open the door and we had to call for someone to come open the door for us. Once we were in the room and turned on the bathroom light, the fire alarm started going off. We also smelled something burning and had to have our room changed. After all of that, everything was fine. The staff did the best they could at a very busy time.

| No walking distance attractions save for the train that blows it horn very early in the a.m., however if you are a sound sleeper this is no problem. Over all, a good hotel if you are looking for a lay-over as we were...for an alirght price. Probably could have been cheaper. Denny's attached but did not eat there, went down to the pier area where the restaurants and beach are. These are about 10 mins away by car...nice beach. Would not recommend if planning a whole vacation...would recommend for a quick lay-over for a day were accomodations are not the reason for staying.
