Although the staff was polite and friendly, the quality of the room was not good, and the decor was old and just plain ugly. Thankfully I was only booked for one night. It was inexpensive. So if you're looking for a cheap place to crash for a night, it's fine.

This is a basic hotel room with no frills, great for the vacationers to the theme parks who need a bed, shower and a place to leave their things while they park hop. It's a clean room with a decent channel selection on the tv and loads of places to eat on the same street. A blink of the eye to any of the Disney Parks and only 15 minutes from all the rest. I recommend it to anyone who wants to use their money for the fun of the vacation and not the hotel itself. I've now stayed there 3 times in the last year, you can't beat what you get for the price.

The hotel overall was clean, and relatively attractive. The service was great! They provided proper maintenace. The one thing that would make this hotel better is if they replaced the matresses on the beds. After a long day at the Parks, getting a good night sleep is always a good thing.

hi, i stayed at this hotel for 1 week. It wasn't too bad, its close to lots of shops and restaurants on 192. also a few car rental agency's. The disney shuttle was always late and it only goes to magic kingdom, then you have to take a bus if you want to go to the other parks. If you don't mind waiting and wasting a little time to save money on parking. In my bed i had a hole in my blanket. And the breakfast...really... they got to have some variety. every single day juice and cup cakes, there's not even milk for your coffee...its some powder stuff that really taste awful. So to sleep in this hotel and save money, yes good hotel....but to have their complimentary breakfast...hahahahaa forget about it.

Masters Inn is the perfect place to stay if you are going to the Walt Disney Area. I went with my son for 7 days in May. The location couldn't be better. It's near all the parks and restaurants. The room was a perfect size. It was clean and It smelled good. I checked in at 2:00pm, because my room was ready before time... the second day of my stay my phone didn't have a dial tone, I told the front desk and it was fixed in minutes... I never went to the continental breakfast, It was from 7am-9am only. I did go to a restaurant few mins away from Master Inn called "La Poderosa" the buffet breakfast was only $3.99 plus drink. Why spend so much money on a hotel when you only need it to sleep. Most of the daytime I was at the parks , so the room was only to go and sleep... I recomend this hotel, to everyone who wants to save money, have fun, and sleep the whole night.

There was a dirty sock under one of the beds that did not belong to anyone in my family. Some of the towels did not look real clean. Continental breakfast consisted of only muffins and another pastery. Coffee only available from 7-9 a.m. and no room service. No hairdryer or coffee pot in room. Clothes iron available only with a $20 deposit. Bottom sheet on the beds were not fitted so sheets came off the beds throughout the night, leaving us to wake up on a bare mattress. Shuttle service to Disney/Epcot left at 9/9:30 a.m. and returned at 9/9:30 p.m. I thought the shuttle would run at least a few times a day.

Well when I signed in I actually asked the receptionist (though the bulletproof glass) IF this was the "Hotel" I booked. Though the staff was friendly & helpful the accomodations were well below standard. The decore was from the early 70s and I think the furnishings, matresses, sheets and blankets were as well. There was no refridgerator in the room, the air conditioner did cool the room but it sounded like a freight train ever time it started and no one got a good nights sleep. We concluded that it was more comfortable to leave the A/C off and sleep on top of the bed not in it. Half the lightbulbs in the room were out, the bathroom fan screeched like a banshee and did not evacuate the room which would have been helpful since the room smelled musty and moldy. The pool was clean but all the lounges were broken down the middle resulting in a good pinch (actually a bite)if you did not put your towel over the broken slats. On most days we returned to find our room was not been prepared by the housekeeping staff even by very late afternoon. On more than one day we slept on unmade beds. And for some reason there was a toilet paper shortage, my guess it was being rationed along with the shampoo that is almost always found in modern hotels!!! Though we spent little time in our rooms the time we did spend was not comfortable or refreshing... We would not go back...

A few of the things I did not like: receptionists were unfriendly, the breakfast was almost non-existent (juice, burnt coffee and supersweet pastries, nothing else). There was no fridge or coffee maker. Friends stayed at other hotels in the area and had more comfort for less money. Rooms are very noisy, and you can hear a pin drop from both top and side rooms (with all the gory details). Laundry area, on 2nd floor, was very dirty.

The hotel and size of our 2 double room were on par with other hotels for the price. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The towels were a bit worn. The pool was clean and relaxing. Location is the best thing this hotel has going for itself. Disney property is less than a mile away on the same road the hotel is on. The continental breakfast leaves much to be desired. Fast food and restaurants are nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights on vacation. If you plan on spending all your time at Disney or on day trips to the beach, and you want to save some money on a hotel, this is a good bet. However, this is an economy hotel, pure and simple. The rooms weren't dirty, but there was a big glop of "something" on the window when we checked in. The room smelled like an ashtry even though it was a non-smoking room. When I told the front desk, she said "there's nothing we can do if the last person smoked in it." I said fine and walked to the convenience store next door and got candles, trying to stay positive. No huge deal. The "breakfast" is nothing spectacular. There is juice, coffee, and spongy muffins and some sort of pastry. No fruit, cereal, bagels, etc. They sell Disney tickets on site, but the front desk has "no idea" when the ticket people show up, so you can't count on it. The beds are OK. You can get to Disney in five minutes, which is really convenient, but it's not a place you want to spend any considerable time. The pool is small and there is no shower/change area, actually no bathroom of any kind in the pool area. If you would rather spend your money on Disney tickets, souveniers, and dining, and would like to save money but stay in an acceptable room, you won't be dissapointed. The staff were helpful enough, but they definitely don't go out of their way, either. It's just a place to crash while you're visiting Mickey and friends!

You just get what you paid for. If you just want a decent place to sleep and nothing more, this is a good place to stay. If you plan to spend all day at the parks or shopping, this is a budget-savvy lodging option. Bring your shammpoo and your soap, they don't give away the former and tend to "forget" about the latter. And the "continental" breakfast definitively should be a little more generous. Very well located near most parks.

The real disappointment was the "Continental breakfest" Coffee, juice and "less than fresh" muffins and some kind of sweet twist roll. Our extended family stayed in three rooms for two nights but each morning we went out for breakfest. On the check out morning, I sat in the breakfest area waiting for the rest of the family for about 45 minutes. At least 8 couples walked in, looked at the selection for the "Continental Breakfest" and turned around and walked out, most possibly to go get a decent breakfest.

Great hotel for college students on a budget. Families with little ones will be disappointed with the shuttle service because its few times force long days at the parks. Continental breakfast was skimpy but enough to tide us over to an early lunch. The room was big and clean, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. Couldn't hear the highway from our room, so ask for a room near the back of the hotel

If you want to be close to the parks for a cheap price, then this might be the place for you. However, do not expect anything extra. The rooms are basic, no coffee maker, no hairdryer, no clocks in the room. The suites are not worth the extra money, they may be larger but as for a kitchenette, nope just an extra sink. The pool area wasn't very clean and the maid service was okay.
