We can't begin to say enough nice things about the Bucuti and their staff!! We were in Aruba for the first time in Oct./Nov. of 2003 and our stay the Bucuti was the greatest! We decided that was the place to get married and we did so On October 26th of 2005. We went there for 2 weeks with my parent's and 2 other couples and we all stayed in the new Tara Suites and loved it!! We had a great beach ceremony that is so gorgeous in the pictures that everyone thinks it was a back drop in a photo studio...We had some complications with my Mom and she had to be taken to the hospital where she was for 3 days and everyone was so nice to all of us and went out of there way to accommodate our needs.I sincerely can't say how much we love Aruba and especially the great people at the Bucuti!! We are hoping to make it a yearly trip and we would never stay any where else. Try it and you will not be sorry!!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice. One time we had to stay elsewhere as Bucuti was sold out and it did not compare. We perfer this hotel to others because it is smaller and more personal.

The hotel and beach were extremely clean and comfortable. You can request rooms but they give you what they want. The person who checked me in had no concern about my requests. He just wanted to get rid of us. Everything was very good. I would defenately go back to this hotel again!

Small hotel right on the beach. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Beach was gorgeous. Very conveniently located. This is NOT a party hotel and children are discouraged. Great if you want to completely relax and want peace and quiet. However, there are plenty of places for night life in Aruba. We absolutely can't wait to go here again.

Can not wait to go back!!! Very quiet, uncrowded beaches, great for couples. The staff was friendly, and helpful. We stayed in the Tara Suites, and they were great! Worth every penny. The Sand Bar staff were the nicest people we have ever met. Anyone that goes to the Sand bar, you must try their "Slippery Monkey" drink. It is just like a Mudslide, with banana liqueur, very delicious.

We stayed at the Bucuti the first week of April 2005. We wanted a relaxing vacation for the two of us before our first child was born. The Bucuti was perfect. We stayed in the Tara Suites, which is the newest section and overlooks the beach, and were thrilled with the price. It was a spacious room with a wonderful view. We slept in until 11am our first morning and had no trouble getting a great spot on the beach under a thatched umbrella. The umbrellas were spaced out well, so you felt you had some privacy and there were no kids running around the resort...mostly couples of all ages celebrating anniversaries, honeymoons or just peaceful time together. There are flags you can stick in the sand and a server will bring you anything you want, so you don't have to leave the beach at all for food or drinks. The pool was lame, the typical rectangular cement pool that didn't even have a view of the ocean..so we didn't use that at all. Best of all, the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. It made our stay very enjoyable to feel so welcome and to have any assistance we needed. Nightlife in the lowrise area is essentially non-existent, so plan for a late dinner and maybe an occasional trip to the highrise area in the evening...or just relax and enjoy the stars peacefully from a chair on the beach.

Too many problems. My wife and I were there May 19-25. In the week we were there the power went out for 6 hours from 5-11 pm, the ceiling fan never worked, the cable was out, and a faulty water pump shut down the water supply and thus caused a piercing fire alarm to wake resident up at 1-4 am before if got fixed. Needless to say there were 100 guests outside in thier pj's due to the noise. No apologies were offered. Also the maids could never figure out that 2 people need more than 1 towel. On a better note, the beach was beautiful.

This was our first trip to Aruba and we were very happy with our choice in this hotel and the beach. Not lots of choices for "cheaper" eating, but Bob's Pizza across the way was GREAT as were all the staff.

This a great hotel in the low rise district. The beach frontage has got to be the largest in the island. The sand is white and the beach is well maintained. The hotel is small and has a great charm to it.

My husband and I stayed at the Bucuti Beach Resort from April 16-22, 2005. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. The European style set-up of the Tara Suites was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean! We are already planning next year's trip!

great place to stay to relax and truly "get away" from it all! Hotel is very quiet and beach large enough to accomodate a large crowd without making you feel like you are on a crowded beach. Hotel is far enough from high rise hotels where alot of the island activities are, but still close enough to go to if you are looking to do something-ex: sunset cruise, dive boats, deep sea fishing and other water activities. The activities desk is very helpful in making any of your vacation plans such as: renting a car/jeep, dinner reservations, sightseeing tours, golf tee times and dinner/sunset cruises. This was my second trip to Aruba, first to Bucuti Beach Resort, I would definately book here again!

This hotel is on a calm serene beautiful beach which defines the word "vacation". Truly a world apart, there is no noise except the birds singing and the waves splashing. The beach is uncrowded. Small grass covered shelters insure protection from the sun if desired.Topless sunbathing is allowed but is done in a tasteful manner. The rooms are very clean and well cared for. The beds are comfortable and the noise level in the hotel is so low it is possible to sleep longer than one intends.I also loved the balconies. I would definitely stay there again, only longer next time.It is also possible to avoid high food prices as there is a subway nearby(walking distance),also a donut shop, bagel shop and it is near to town.

We stayed at the Tara Suites in October of 2004. We found the resort just what we were looking for~private and adult oriented. The beach was never crowded and we were never bothered by vendors or time share agents as you are on some islands. The suite was large and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The resort sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne and extras to celebrate our anniversary. We tried the spa services which are small but gave a good and reasonably priced massage. The Sand Bar for Happy Hour twice daily was a good value and always fun!We would definitely love to return to Bucuti Beach again!
