| We had a simple, clean room. The room was big, but the bathrooms are small. There was a few broken tiles and some mold in the shower but nothing very gross. New wallpaper was also needed in the bathroom. We did not have any problem with smoke or bad smells, and my boyfriend has asthma. We were brought an iron and ironing board upon request. This is an older hotel, and could use a 'makeover' but at the price you pay, I wont complain.

| (Please note that the above evaluation is based on the first two nights we were there in that particular room. After we were moved, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would rate it all as extremely satisfied.) We had problems the first two nights -- the bathtub leaked so bad, moisture collected on the ceiling and caused it to "rain" in the bathroom. There was also a very musty smell to the room. The staff changed us to a different wing of the building after the two nights and a few complaining phone calls to a much nicer room. In fact, they upgraded us to a suite. Very nice move!

| the bathrooms were very small 8sq feet, all elevators smelt of smoke, no coffee maker we order some hot water for hot choc and was charged for 3 glasses of hot water $7.95. Location was the best but rooms werent that great

| We are non smokers and requsted a non smoking room,the Hotel is full of smoke so it is in the non smoking rooms,in the bathtub there was mold in the corners of the tub, one of the nights the upper management decited to have a Holloween party at ther pool on the 5th floor,it was very loud and I was told we would need to live with it and there were no compensations for it, the beds were very hard and nothing they would do about it,I do not reccomend this hotel, also they had the air cond. on a timer and it was very warm in the room and no way to cool it down.

| I was very disappointed in this hotel it is not a three star. Comfortors looked like were purchased when the hotel opened(which had to be at least in the '70s
