| The Hotel's lobby was nice, unfortunately that was not the case in the room. The room was well used and there was mold all over the bathroom. It was also very humid in the hotel. Made it feel like the sheets on the bed were wet.

| Not a bad hotel at all. Roanoke is lacking in true 4-star hotels which is where I normally class Wyndham's. This hotel has a very interesting design and is pleasant to be in. It is showing some signs of wear and tear. The rooms are fairly dark and could stand recarpeting. All in all, not a bad place. I would recommend it. Just don't expect a 4-star hotel for the price of a 3-star.

| Our stay on the whole was good, However we had 2 beds as our daughter was graduating from college and the second night was staying with us before we all headed home. The maids only left 2 towels in the room and only put pillowcases on 2 of the four pillows. Family members with us had no comlaints but because I was the one who paid the bill for 4 rooms this wasn't very smart.

| This hotel is not well maintained with surprisingly lacking levels of service. Had to move from original room b/c of noise, then have maintenance turn on the a/c in the next room.
