I was very dissappointed with my stay at the hotel. First of all, the room was not as described. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom and little bugs (flies) in the room. The towels were the type you would use to dry your car with. The shower head was terrible. The rest of the room was OK. Watch out for additional "hotel fees". I was charged additional money for a shuttle and safe that I never used. I feel that if the fee is mandatory it should be included in the base price. I would stay at a cheaper hotel because you're still getting a quaint stay.

goes back to the old saying, you get what you pay for!! better off paying the extra few dollars for the resort hotels, not clean, unreliable security, and very far from any of the theme parks.

The registration clerk was not very friendly. The cleaning crew did not do a good job in the rooms. We shared the dissappointment of the cleaning crew with the front desk, and he informed me there were a lot of complaints, but no apologies. I would not go back.

During my visit the hood, front window, and roof of my car was splattered with some substance, which did wash off. The manager was extremely polite, came out to look at the car, and offered for me to drive around to the hose to wash it off. I told her that I would take it through a car wash. But her security guard, never spoke a word and honestly was made me feel very uncomfortable. When the manager turned to speak with him, he had walked off without saying a word. Needless to say she was somewhat embarrassed and again apologized. Honestly, I was glad to check out the next day.

On my recent hotel stay while visiting Disney World, the room was adequate but not very clean. Parking was horrible unless you own a tiny compac car,and access to the road was difficult. The hotel staff was unprofessional and seemed not to care. The linens in the room were dirty and the bathroom was poorly cleaned.I was dissappointed in the overall experience.I won't make the same mistake again

I was expecting a certain level of comfort and instead got cheesy. Where is the breakfast? Oh, next door... Yes the couch bed opens. You then have to jam tables to get out of the door. There isn't enough convenient parking. I really appreciated the "welcome" phone call at 7:45 am to see how my room was???? How rude. The sheets were not changed and had odd stains on them. Our last day there house keeping came into the room with barely a knock warning. We will not come back nor will we recommend this hotel.

My family of five went to Disney over New Years and we wanted to save money on the hotel. We were very satisifed with the Best Western. Our room was spacious and clean. The water tasted odd but we just got bottles! We would stay again.

While the facility was clean, the service at the desk on check out was pretty poor and basic items were not well done. All lamps, alarm clock, ethernet connection hardware were unplugged. AC was either on or off, no/minimal controls. TV remote had to be requested which was promptly delivered and to get a voicemail the front desk had to "turn on" the phone. Pretty archaic service. Plus is a good location to other services; good access to Disney routes.

Never saw anyone use a vaccum, dirt in corners in the bathroom, they made the beds but never changed the sheets for 8days. The washer and dryers were in desperate need of repairs. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place.

I would recommend only because when you are in the Disney area, you really only need to sleep somewhere. We didn't spend much time there. The elevators were dingy and the parking wasn't that great. There were a few ants in the room, but in Florida you expect bugs! I didn't like that our room did not have a fridge (was a pain, especially traveling w/2 kids. Do not rely on taking the shuttles to the parks. They don't leave until noon. RENT A CAR. I would probably stay at this hotel again, but I'd ask if they had rooms w/a fridge!

The hotel was fine for the money. The bathroom was a bit outdated but the overall room was fine. Housekeeping came later in the afternoon and we "passed" on 2 days of housekeeping because we were in the room giving our little one a nap. Other than that - everyone was nice. Road construction was a pain but that's not the hotels fault.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for it!! Many families with children stay here and its very accomidating to them...as for me I do not have kids and after this experience will think twice about having any..lol. The hotel facilities such as the gym were very small but were good enough to get the job done. The hotel has close access to all theme Disney Theme Parks and is in the center of Kissimmee off interstate 192. Staff was very helpful and accomidating. I wish I had only stayed a bit longer.

Someone from the guest services called us the 1st morning at 8am (6am our time) & woke us up to say they had a gift basket for us. We later found out the GIFT was a little bag with some body wash & the person wanted us to listen to some sort of presentation to receive a discount on tickets to local attractions.

Although it does appear that the outside of this hotel has been upgraded, very little was done on the interior of the room to warrant the prices. Cramped and uncomfortable are two of the "best" adjectives I can come up with. Also, the surrounding area is no what one would expect near "the happiest place on earth".

Had them move me to another room because the first one had a wet (soaked) carpet and no safety lock on the door. Next room had mold in bathroom. Lobby was nice except for the pushy sales rep from a timeshare who sat on his ass while I lugged 4 bags and 2 children to the very rear of the hotel and up one flight of stairs. Rt. 192 Kissimmee is seedy, dirty and to be avoided. No restaurant in hotel - you are stuck going to the Ponderosa buffet next door.

the room was very clean and comfortable. we didn't have a very good view but we weren't there for a view, so that was fine.we were just there for some r&r. you know--no children, phones, work. the staff was helpful, polite and kind. we had need of a new lightbulb and someone was there right away. we used the hot tub and it was refreshing. we also used the pool, and outside chairs and found them in excellent repair and clean. the pool is a bit smaller than some we have seen but it seems that most people visiting that area are more interested in heading out to the attractions than hanging around the pool or hotel. i also saw a small exercise room with the items there being used. i did not use any. we will go there again in the future as it was an excellent experience. one thing--they no longer have an onsite restaurant which can be upsetting to some. we don't care about that either because there are tons of places to eat all down the 192 strip.

I thought this was a good price for our stay in Orlando when I booked the hotel. I paid for the hotel through Expedia at the time of booking. When I checked out the hotel charged me an additional $27.00 "resort fee". I think this additional fee should have been stated when I booked the hotel. Also, this hotel did not serve a continental breakfast which most Best Westerns do, so we had the additional cost of breakfast each day. So it did not turn out to be such a good price after all.
